"Hope"
I'll throw in here. EXCELLENT cigar. Had a couple in the humidor for about six months, lit one up today in the rarefied sunshine and pared it with a 15 year-old Scotch. Like others have pointed out, this does have a delicate wrapper indeed. I smoked this outside in about 0% humidity, so I forgive the cracking up and down the stick in the last 3 inches. Inspite of this: Wow. Yeah, this is a very good cigar. Smooth burn, flavor and finish. I hope they don't get scarce or expensive. Top three for the Smokin Mormon. Go forth and make 2009 a year of love and understanding! Peace.

"WOW!"
I'm always prepared for a letdown after reading a lot of rave reviews, but rest assured there was no letdown here whatsoever. The only thing even remotely negative about this smoke was the somewhat delicate wrapper; everything else was exceptional. The burn and draw was perfect. A mild-medium but very flavorful smoke; sweet bread and cedar, with a great nutty aroma.
A must try if you haven't already.

"Believe its true what they say."
Believe its true….this is a wonderful Zmoke from the guys at LTC. I did notice the wrapper is a bit fragile. I sat in the back yard this 4th of July with the kids had two of these babies while my kids “burnt” my money in fire works! It was a great Zmoke the flavor and aroma were great. Highly recommended.

"Good as the first time."
What a wonderful cigar. But you must be carefull, it has a fragile wrapper. If you take it easy and enjoy the cigar you will be in heaven. It's a medium bodied smoke that you will enjoy at any time of the day. Good draw and great flavor. Very highly recommended.

"GREAT CIGAR like always....."
I've had these in the past, yes they have a fragile Ecuador wrapper but if you know how to cut them there should be no problem !!!. These cigars have a great taste and aroma and a very long ash. Luis knows what he is doin'. I've had them in my humidor for well over 10 months.

"very disappointing"
Laid a few of these down for 3 months. Have smoked 2 in the last month. Both had THIN wrappers that cracked when trying to light them. Shoddy construction and thin wrapper led to terrible smoking experience and obviously poor flavors.

"Believe the hype..."
This cigar is exceptional...no two ways about it!! To date, there are 26 reviews with predominately stellar reviews. Try it, you be the judge. If you need a cigar that's taste is the equivalent of kerosene to taste it, then this one is not for you. If not, and you can truly appreciate a fine cigar then this one's golden!

"Great cigar....great Value"
I've been smoking LTC products for a while. Churchills most of the time. Got a couple of torpedoes in WI. I am not an expert in cigars but these are great. Like always great taste and aroma and a long ash.

"Don't understand the hype"
I was really disappointed by this cigar, for one it doesn't have any strenght whatsoever, thought the taste isn't bad it's lack of strenght and oomph had me on the verge of chucking it by the half way point, this is the mildest cigar I've ever had and can't understand why all the high ratings??

"Magnificient comes to mind..."
My last LTC review was in October '07. The res of my inventory has been resting since then. I pulled one this afternoon and gave her a go. All I can say is that if all I gotta do is let these babies set for a few months to get this kinda cigar experience...then so be it! Whoa Mama!
I picked one of the cigars I had that appeared to have a flawed wrapper. I had opened a bottle of Chateau Sovereign 2005 Chardonnay and went outside and hoped for the best. I wasn't disappointed. Aside from a (as expected) somewhat flakey wrapper...this cigar was exquisite!
The ash held like a champ and the flavors were intoxicating. The most amazing thing was that there was no bitterness and I took it beyond the band!
My neighbors just happened to be out (Saturday afternoon and all) and the guys commented on how good it smelled.
This cigar...despite the flaws and all on this one...is now in my top three. I was hesitant to immediately recommend it...but since the price on Top25 (avg. price paid is incorrect) I won't hesitate giving it a hearty endorsment. Wow!
If you have the opportunity...I dare you to try them!!

"LTC = AWESOME"
Luis Sanchez is a master when it comes to producing an outstanding smoke. This cigar is as fine of a Torpedo that you will find anywhere! The aroma and flavor is second to none and it has a fantastic draw.

"LTC Torp Lover"
The LTC Torpedo is one great cigar. I will not try to compare them to a cuban just because they are completely different. All I can say is that the aroma and taste are great. Great construction. Cannot go wrong with this cigar.

"Viva La Tradicion Cubana"
I won't go so far as proclaiming these cigars as being equal to Cuban Monty #2's but I would say they're in the neighborhood! Considering that and the fact I paid around $4.35 a stick, there's a truly compelling argument to give these a go. Not to mention prior to purchasing these beauties I exchanged a few emails with Luis, the owner. He's really involved in the operations of his business and will answer any questions you have about the products he produces. Where else can you get that from the top-dog of any other "quality" cigar manufacturer? They're mild-medium but with plenty of character. Try 'em!

"Very very nice"
Again I bought a couple of sticks here in Mass following the reviews. Right on the money. Beautifull cigar cedar lined. The ash was almost 3". Great flavor and aroma. Can't go wrong with these.

"One more time baby."
One more time, these cigars keep getting better and better. It's been a while since my last review on these bad boys from Miami. The ash is longer and the flavor and aroma has gotten better than ever.

"Cedary delight"
Beautiful CT shade wrapper over a solidly constructed smoke. Mild to Medium body with light coffee flavors. A good mid-morning smoke.
Strong cedar taste on the finish, almost overpowering in some sticks. Top notch for a USA made smoke.

"The perfect torpedo"
Ah, Luis' torpedo...strong but smooth, very well made, improving over time in the humidor. The closest thing to MC#2, but better looking and incredibly better value. Shame I can't find them here in Europe.

A consistent, medium bodied cigar with good draw and great flavor. With the further bonus of Luis Sanchez preparing the box for me by himself in the Miami shop....

This is the Miami made torpedo I bought based on the T25C staff review. Kind of a rustic looking cigar, with a rough wrapper. The draw was perfect and the light was easy. The burn was slightly fast producing a medium grey ash.

This is a big cigar with a dark brown wrapper and a big taste. The cigar is firm to the touch with a nearly perfect draw. The aroma is strong, but smooth. The taste is full and the strength is full bodied, but not very complex. The cigar performs well

A man's cigar - needs a little time in the box to balance itself out. I recommended it for people who enjoy very rich cigars.
