"Best bang for your Cohiba buck!"
Just got back from a week in Varadero and am happy to say a box of Ciglo III's were among my 4 different boxes *** brought home to Canada. I was ready to bring home the Ciglo VI but after smoking 3 of them and 3 of the III's during my stay, I must say I preferred the III and at 216.50 CUC they are terrific value. I like a robust flavor and a big draw but found the VI's a little too much work.

From clip to the last flavourful draw they are a great smoke. I really like the way they finish and personally enjoy them to about 1 inch.

*** Also bought Montecristo #1's / Partagas #4's and RyJ Churchill Shorts.

"Second only to the CoRo"
Truly a beautiful cigar. Snipping and lighting are easy and the draw is flawless. Truly a smooth cigar, with the smoke coming in volumes. I have never had one burn hot or crooked. Truly a marvel of craftsmanship, from the grower to the roller.

"Chunky Chew"
My box from jan 04 has just been broken into by me and a few friends whilst playing poker & supping a fine single malt !
These Silglo's are fan-damned-tastic, they have a real meaty but not overbearing chunky chewy smoke, all this and still managing to be acceptably mild on the palette, I'd give these a 10 if one of the sticks had not lost it's ash prematurely on my poker table ! Overall a top drawer smoke !

probably one of the most consistent cigars to come out of cuba. With the other lines, it can be hit or miss, depending on box code. Cohiba tends to be consistently good but expensive

"Smooth Cohiba..."
The Siglo IV is one of my favorite sticks, and I go back to it often. I find the consistency astonishing, and it is actually a lighter cigar than the Partegas I often smoke. I find a decent amount of smoke, always an easy draw, and great construction.

The best part is the mild creamy middle with a bit of cocoa in it. Smooth finish with a little bite. A great evening smoke after not too heavy a dinner.

I have been meaning to post my numerous experiences with this stick. Everytime I have smoked this stick it takes a day to get the nastiness off my breath. I will tell you this, Cohiba D.R. makes a consistent stick weeds. Did not like the flavor.

"One of my favorites"
Bought a few boxes of 5 in Shanghai the last time I was there. While a bit on the pricey side I have always said - better to pay the $$ and enjoy than to cheap out and feel you licked an ashtray the next day. Well put together, with a smooth yet heavier draw than typical. I enjoyed it and would recommend this one to anyone that can get their hands on it.

"Not bad"
Been sitting on a box since 2000, smoking these guys around 3-4 times per year. It is beautifully constructed, and aside from the Siglo 6, it is the best in this series. My only complaint is that the entire Sigloi line is a bit mild for my taste.

"Best of the best"
Smoked one of these in a pub in North London after picking it up at the Davidoff store on Jeremyn Street. Excellent appearance, with a nice, oily wrapper, as well as being perfectly contructed. Pleasantly strong, but slightly tight on draw. Smoked it until my fingers burned trying to enjoy every last bit.

"Nice"
Looks great, smells great, couldn't wait to fire up my pair. Really quite a smooth and elegant cigar with loads of flavor. Only real problem that I had with my cigars was that the binder was quite a bit slower burning than the wrapper or fillers. It also burned coal black, the rest of the wash was dark gray.

"Best of the vitola"
I love this vitola...Punch-Punch, Magnum 46, La Fuerza, etc., but this is it...the best of the best. Out of all the great reviews above, none of them mention the finish, an extremely l-o-n-g lasting, very cedar-y finish that really is something. a medium-flavored cigar with a ton of complexity, it has so much to offer and it shouldn't be overlooked when reviewing all the truly outstanding new cigars from Cohiba...the ones that have made me an absolute total Cohiba nut in the past six months...and I was not a very big fan of them for quite awhile before that...years, in fact. Thank you Cohiba, I now have many vitola to choose from, now you need to subsidise me with the product, as they still cost quite aq bit...(this viltole excluded, thank God!

Although the Siglo VI is my favoite Cohiba, this is also a fantastic cigar. I've smoked three from an '03 box, one that was a little tight. Flavor and smoke builds, but the last half of this cigar is as good as it gets. Love the size. Excellent.

"Robusto's tall slimmer cousin"
No wonder it's a popular module in the Cohiba family. It resembles the robusto very much but the taste is different . I find it less opulent (in the begining at least) and possibly more full bodied . Recently , I have noticed construction inconsistencies in this module.

By far the best Gran Corona on the standard market. The recent release of the Partagas Seire D #3 limited edtion barely edges this baby out, but remember this cigar is a limited edition.
