"Powerhouse"
This Boli was from 98, an excellent cigar. Prelight aroma and draw were almost perfect. Started with earthy coffee and ended like a powerhouse expresso.

"Great"
This was a great cigar. It wasn't quite as rich as the Royal Corona or the Coronas Junior, but it was very smooth. It was like a medium-bodied version of some of its bolder siblings, but still with plenty of great flavor. It produced tons of smoke and lasted for about an hour. All in all, one of the best coronas I’ve ever smoked.

"Classic Cuban"
Overall a very well balanced smoke. Good cuban flavor and cream. Not the best, but you can't go wrong if you can get them.

"Magnificent"
This is a truly magnificent smoke. Easy draw and even burning. Took me over 35 minutes to smoke, and I never had to relight. The taste was slightly twangy for the first inch or so. Then it smoothed out and was just heavenly the rest of the way. Never got harsh, even down at the end. Just a great cigar in every way.

"Exemplary corona"
These are beautiful cigars to smoke and they never disappoint. Medium to full bodied. Well balanced with some coffee, hint of spices, and creamy tones. It develops the punch towards the end but will burn consistently to the last inch or two. Love them!

"Excellent"
Rich creamy smoke, good draw. Medium strong cedar/leather/brown sugar tastes. Very nice construction and appearance. One of my favorites. Never had any issues with any of them, for myself or others.

"One of the best values going!!!!!!"
The first 1/2 and the last quarter were outstanding. Great burn with cedar and other woods type notes. I had a small uneven burn issue in the first quarter, but it fixed itself, so I was able to kick back and enjoy what was 5 1/2 inches of fantastic cigar.

"Stout cigar"
This one had a very strong taste from the start. built up some spice in the middle. Got very spicy in the last third. Long finish. Good draw and creamy smoke.Dark wrapper with very little veining. Will smoke more. Has the Cuban twang in there but it is a bit overpowered by the spice.

"What a nice cigar this is..."
Medium flavors of sweet wood spices with a subtle hint of coffee and that nice sweet cuban tobacco taste. Worth having in your humidor.

"Discontinue"
This cigar is on the discontinue list and I just can’t understand why. It’s a very flavorful cigar and gets better with age. I’m glad I have a couple unopened boxes buried away for the future.

"What's the big deal"
I picked one up from a reputable cigar store in Vancouver and let it sit in my humi for 6 months. Smoked it last night and was thoroughly unimpressed. Maybe I got a fake, I don't know, but the stick started out harsh, and continued to be harsh. I let it try out for 5 hours before smoking, so I couldn't have been too moist. It burned uneven and I couldn't keep the ash afloat. Furthermore the flavor wasn't there at all. For the money I wouldn't recommend this Bolivar, the DR version I liked a lot better.

"Best Corona To Date"
Starts out creamy, remain such throughout, adds a bit of a spice through the middle, a real knuckle-burner. Not that I've had a thousand differnent coronas, but this is the finest to date. Ordered a couple of sample from CigarOne.com, and plan to order a full box of these in the near future. Whow!

"An oldie but a goodie"
I was gifted an 80s version of this cigar, and it did not disappoint. Still had a nice twang to it 25 years later, with that typical Bolivar spice. It had a great draw and never got hot, with a nice long finish. Definitely a good experience.

"Good flavor but not enough punch..."
I have heard alot of good things about these Coronas so I puchased a few for my humidor. The draw was very poor, and I felt like I was fighting for every puff, also it didn't have alot of smoke. The flavor was nice and good spice, however it just didn't pack much punch. I hope maybe I got a bad one of the bunch and I will try another one shortly because I have had great experiences with Bolivar in the past. If you like a mild to medium body cigar this is a great choice.

"must buy more..."
My first Bolivar. This cigar was a gift with a wrapper that was slightly pealing at the head. I was waery of its quality, but pleasantly surprised by its great flavor (med-full) and delicate finish. My favorite part was the perfect amount of spice on the finish, perfect with my VSOP. I list the appearance as 5 due to the gifts condition.

"Very good cigar after aging some"
I smoked this soon after purchase, and initial reaction was not good. After storing in humidor for 4 months, tried again, and much improved.

"Pretty good, but..."
I was really expecting a lot from this cigar given the reviews, but I was mildly disappointed. It's a nice smoke, but lacks the complexity of other Cubans. It's definetely not as good as the Siglo VI or the Mag 46.

"FASCINATING FLAVOR"
What a cigar this is! Perfect, perfect balance with toasty nut coffee like spice. Draw was a bit firm and wrapper was a bit torn. But this is an ultimate flavor bomb. So far this stogie and the Juan Lopez #2 are the best to date!

"Yeah...."
Just a tad longer than the PC (1/2 inch in fact), which means it is 10% longer than a PC but ~20% more expensive. Yes, I AM a major cheap bastage to be calculating things like that. I do like the coronas better than the PCs though, I don't know why ... maybe its that the smoke lasts longer than a PC, the taste is excellent with smooth flavor and a nice twang. The price per stick is currently 29 bucks ... thats obviously insane.

"excellent"
Great cigar. This has quickly become my favorite everyday smoke. The price of these cigars are unbeatable for their quality. Smooth consistent flavor throughout with a touch of sweetness. Good even burn with slight fraying at the end. Easy light with a very easy draw. A great 45 minute finger burner.

"Awesome Cuban"
Bought a box a year old, and then another. First one was as perfect as it can get. Great even burn with a perfect ash. Medium body flavor without any bite. Smooth with lots of flavor. A finger burner. Great after taste. Favorite Cubian for the price. Cheapest I have found is in Venezuela grocery store.

"great cigar"
Smoked a couple in the caribbean last week that had been aged for over 2 years and they were both fantastic. The aging had definitely mellowed them out but their distinctive flavor was still present. I gues I'm going to let the ones I have back home age even longer now!

WOW! This is a great little smoke. Full bodied and complex. Starts out slapping you around then kicks your butt. One of the most flavorful smokes I've had.
