"Another Great d'Or!"
Another great cigar from La Gloria's d'Or line, all of which I find excellent traditional smokes and boy I'm glad that these fly abit under the radar of most smokers as it seems to keep the price dow. Also it seems that most of the boxes out there have at least 4-6 years on them, another added plus! As already mentioned the No. 2's are a smooth smoke that's on the sweeter-fruitier side at times, but nothing too bitting or overpowering. Beautiful varnished 8-9-8 presentation, great med-mild experience. Definitely one you can crack in the backyard on a Sunday morning when the wife & kids are out of the house. Pure Bliss. . .

"Great complexity"
A beautiful looking wrapper on this slim cigar, my first of the vitola. Firm but very smokable draw, it started out toasty and somewhat mild. Then, much like txdyna65's experience, some very sweet flavors appeared. Almost citrus-like but without a tart bite. Later other sweetness evolved, more like a honey and caramel flavor. It burned straight but tightened up just a bit towards the end...but all in all, a great cigar!

"fruity"
Excellent cigar that Ive enjoyed many times. I always get a sweet fruitiness and a nice aromatic smoke. Medium in strength, nice even burn, needs to be smoked slowly.

"Very smooth"
This cigar has that ISOM "something" that is hard to put ones finger on. The construction was excellent and the flavor was a little spicey with some sweetness. My only negative comment would be that there was not more of this cigar.

"Elegant"
These d'or series don't get a lot of press which is a shame. I find them smooth and elegant, not powerful. Probably best in the morning or before supper.

"Smooth and stylish"
Beautiful cigar that burned perfectly and gave plenty of smooth somewhat sweetish smoke. Stylish and consistent to the very end. This cigar will not stun you, but give you a nice ride to dreamland for some 90 minutes.

"Dissapointment"
A nice cigar to look at with good construction, started off very weak with only a little bit of caramel flavor. Increased in strength about half way in but the flavor didn't change and it finished on the mild side. A little dissappointing.
