"fragile"
Be careful with this cameroon. Very delicate wrapper will flake easily, as mine did. Flavors were decent though not good enough to overcome this fault. Burn was absolutely perfect. I had aged this cigar for many years and it was subsequently extremely smooth though I expected more.

"candela...turned out ok"
i was at the cigar store when i saw a box of candelas in this size...it intrigued me because most premium brands dont make candela cigars, so i had to wonder what it would be like...it was a heck of a lot more mild than what i like, but it still had good flavor. The wrapper produced a peaty, grassy, but not bad taste. would go great with a light, peaty scotch, irish whiskey, or perhaps a pinot grigio white wine. i wont buy it again, but i wasnt dissappointed. wrapper peeled when i took the band off.

"My # 1"
This was my first super premium smoke. Never had one before and was blown away. Actually gave one to a non smoking friend who instantly fell in love with them. Wonderful taste, construction and burn. Highly Recommended!!!

"a solid smoke, recommended"
nothing fantastic here, but a good all around smoke. very balanced. leatheriness and subtle sweetness predominate with occasional cedar notes darting through as an afterthought. well constructed, reasonably slow burning and very even. i prefer a woodsier smoke in general but this is a good anytime smoke. enjoyable without requiring too much attention. such a good deal that its worth trying, might make a great all day smoke.

"A spicy treat"
These are ideal smooth smokes with that fuente spicy core and toothy cameroon wrapper. The maduros are even better with some age. This is #1 for good reason.

"Right cigar, wrong time"
The AF Privada is a great smoke for the morning or afternoon. Semi-sweet leather and wood delivered in smooth creamy smoke make this a very good cigar. It's not an evening smoke, though I wanted it to be. Now that I understand when to smoke these I enjoy them immensely.

"standard smoke"
Went through a few boxes of these over the summer. Not a bad smoke but nothing fantastic. Construction was good and the flavor was consistant throughout the box. I did not give them long in the humidor so I don't know if the get better with age.

Not that great. Didn't burn too fast, which was good, and it lasted a good while. Probably won't buy another one, however.

"AP1"
Good strength in a medium sized cigar. Bordered on harsh (straight from tobacconist's humi) may have been dry. Not as flavorful as I had hoped, some what one dimensional. Still all in all a good smoke.

a relatively inexpensive, but medium to full-bodied smoke. Rich dark maduro wrapper. Long-lasting (50-60 minutes). Great everyday cigar considering cost and taste.
