"Very mild, very inexpensive"
Very mild, very inexpensive - purchased in Spain. But a very nice drawing easy smoke. It would be better if it had more bite - still an excellent value.

"snore"
Grabbed a couple in Barbados. Just too mild and ordinary for my tastes. The shop there sells the real deal so I know they weren't fakes. Won't waste my $$ on again!

"Too much work"
I picked one of thes up at a little cigar shop in Antigua. Although the wrapper looked a little rough, the burn and flavor were exceptional at a very reasonable price. So I bought a box from PuroExpress. Yet again I am consistently plagued by inconsistency. Just about every smoke in this box had hard spots where the tobacco was packed too tightly, usually at the cap. Besides working my ass off to smoke them, the hard draw usually resulted in a crappy burn. Then of course follows bad flavor. I mentioned this to PuroExpress and they immediately shipped me a new box (GREAT customer service!). We'll see how the new smokes are.

"Worth a box"
I tried 5 of these and found it to be an easy draw well constructed and an even burn. I would and have recommended it to my fellow cigar smokers

"Different"
Quite an ugly wrapper compared to other Cubans. It has very little of the typical Cuban sweet earthiness. I find this cigar very close to the Altadis "Maria Guerrero" in both flavors and wrapper color. It is not a bad cigar, I really enjoy smoking them yet the price is too high for a Cuban that resembles more to cigars for the American market. It pairs well with a port or marsalla

"I don't get it"
My experience with this smoke was nothing like those mentioned above. The draw was hard and the taste was such that I almost tossed it. In fact, I did put it out much sooner than I usually do with a Cuban. Highly disappointing smoke!

"Mild and tasty"
Nice flavor and mild. Enjoyed the smoke but not worth the extra money for this Cuban with so many other countries offering superior flavor for less money & easier to get. Still enjoyed and would not turn down. Even burn with a good draw, slightly short on the smoke offered.

"Not bad at all"
From the box of March 2002. Not a very attractively looking cigar with kind of rough wrapper. But turned out to be a nice, medium body cigar with pleasant aroma with delicately spicy flavors with consistent taste throughout, though lacked complexity. Easy draw and good construction. A very good smoke for $5.5 a stick. Decent after lunch cigar - nice and easy, not overbearing.

I would rate the first 1/3 of this cigar as a "D" mostly because it was WAY too mild and it had a seriously uneven burn. I almost tossed it, and I'm glad that I didn't. Once the burn evened itself out, the flavor became much more complex and even spicy. I

Too easy of a draw. Almost a butterscotch taste on the last half. Excellent cigar overall.
