"Where's the beef?"
No flavor and horrible draw, have tried several and all have been consistently bad. Keep trying to like padron but alas i shall never smoke another, save your money.

"1 in a million"
I have smoked about 50 londres (corona) and almost as many palmas (long corona) w/o the slightest problem and consistent good taste; however, this one from a 2 for 1 bin in a b&m was actually unsmokeable--plugged etc. hey b&m, I know it was you who messed up, not Padron

"has matured into tasty morning/afternoon fare"
Nine months since my last stab at one and two years since I bought the box, these are smoking nicely. It's funny... there was a recent thread on CL speculating that the Thousand line had taken a turn toward mediocrity. I was pretty quick to concur. Then I reached for one of these to see if the extra age had helped. The performance has evened out considerably. Nice mild-medium flavor to the end. Same profile as before, but it develops a balanced, almost creamy finish of cocoa and nuts. It won't blow you away, but it's a solid stick that ages better than I expected.

"Very Good!"
Very nice cigar from start to finish. I do love padron cigars so i might be a little bias but still a great smoke.

"Always a GREAT standby"
I must review this cigar again. After a recent bout of experimentation with different brands, shapes, types of cigars over the course of many months... I still return to this stick, always knowing what a treat I am in for. When another "hot brand" or "great review" again don't satisfy, I reach for one of these. Excellent construct, burn, flavors start to finish, hands down one of the best smokes out there, and wont hurt the wallet. Padron is always the best...

"Very satisfied"
This cigar has a fairly homogeneous taste from start to finish, but it is one that will not disappoint. Heavy flavors of cocoa and earth, with hints of graham cracker. My only complaint is the loose rolling of the tobacco, making the smoking time fairly brief (around 40 minutes). I would love to smoke a 2 hour version of this cigar. It has a perfect draw with LOADS of mouth-watering smoke.

"Nice start, average finish"
About what you'd expect from the "Thousand" series. Medium strength, with a dark flavor profile of coffee grounds, dark chocolate, and hints of nuts and earth for good measure. Downside is that the flavors flatten out past the halfway mark. There are better $5-6 smokes available. But it's hard to imagine anyone being disappointed in these either, particularly in light of their consistent build (aptly noted by Icehog3 below).

"Padron makes good cigars..."
Padron just doesn't seem to make a cigar that doesn't smoke perfectly...great draw, great burn, just superb construction. The 6000 is spicy with little complexity, fairly one-dimensional, but the flavor is good and the cigar won't disappoint if this is the flavor profile you enjoy.

"ok"
Flavor started slow, was great through the middle, harsh at last third. Nice draw. Even burn. Will try another after some aging.

"Full-flavor earthiness"
This one is a very full-flavored smoke, with a spiciness and earthiness, and like Jason Wang, I also got a bit of a chlorine taste in the last third of the cigar, as well as a slight ly metallic tinge. Not a cigar for the faint of heart. Beautiful construction, and perfect burn.

"Decent Cigar"
The first half is nice and smooth and very mouthwatering tasteful, but, towards the 2nd half there's a miniscule chlorine-ish taste that starts to build up, but not to talk down on the cigar it also increases with rich flavors as you get toward to roach. I guess you can say there is quite a substantial flavor change. Overall, I'm looking forward to revisiting this cigar one day for it has taste that'll make you curious for more.

"Great!!"
Great from start to finish!! This Padron was great from the lighting until the end, didn't need time to flavor-up. Though about halfway definite build in intensity - heavier. I personally don't usually buy topedo shapes, (this one a little curved at the tip), but I trully enjoyed the feel in the mouth of this baby!! More pricey than other "thousands", but still a great cigar for the money. Shmecks of a 26 or 64...

"Tight Draw"
Appearance was good - oily and smooth. The draw tighter than I prefer probably resulting in less appreciation for the taste than that of other reviewers. The burn was slightly uneven.

"Padron Me If I Stand and Applaud"
Beautiful cigar with a deep rich flavor, even burn, long white ash, and full finish. I'll buy many more. Highly recommend!

"Another fine Padron"
Much more spice and a bit less pepper than the other 000 line. Smooths out with less spice in the second half. Overall a very good cigar, a nice change of pace from the regular line. Really enjoyed this as my 4th marriage aniversary. Draw and burn were exceptional as was expected from a Padron. Will certainly buy more of these.

"Over rated"
This cigar is a very attractive torpedo (despite the boring padron band). The construction was as solid as anyone could ask for delivering great draw. The areas were this cigar was lacking in my opinion was the burn, flavor, and price. The burn was uneven and required constant turning to keep it even (the only reason this cigar did not get a 10 for construction). Also the flavor was only ok for me. If I'm paying this much for a cigar, I'd rather go with Partegas personally.

"Nice Smoke"
I concur with Density's findings although I would say the first half was much better than the second. Second 1/2 seemed to wander a bit and was not as consistent. Priced higher than most of the other Padron's in this line. A very nice cigar. I would try again.

"Tasty treat from core Padron line"
A relatively new member of the core Padron line, this shaped cigar has an eye-catching pointed tip and a nice oily wrapper; it's almost as dark as the maduro version. It has a consistent and mostly even burn and produces a solid ash. You have to clip off a good portion of the tip or you could get a firm draw. Initially very peppery, the spicyness eventually relaxes and yields to other coffee and cedar flavors that are balanced and fairly complex; if they were smoother it could almost pass for a Padron Anniversary. A medium to full-bodied smoke with a long nutty and woody finish. A bit expensive but it's very good.

"Good smoke!"
I really enjoyed this cigar. Nothing exotic ... just a solid, good burning. great tasting cigar. Easy pull I attributed to the torpedo shape ...huge cloud of smoke. Very nice.

"Another nice addition"
I tried my first one of this new to line of padron cabnet cigars. The 6000 is a wonderful torpedo. A little tight to draw at the beginning but once it warms up all the flavor, draw and burn of the entire padron line. Wont let you know and always consistant

"Another winner"
I just received 4 of these in a sampler pack and I think they are the best of the regular padron line. very complex and changes flavor, midway through smoke you are greated with intense flavor that hints of the 1926 line. Starts off a little slow and the finish on these was not as nice, but a great smoke with perfect draw & burn as in most from this line.
