The fist third was mellow not much flavor, but the last two thirds were very good tons of flavor, billowing smoke and an excellent ash. I didn't want to put it down worth twice the price. Date code 05/99

"Not bad for the price"
Not bad for the price, a little light in the flavor dept to start but finished nice.

"Great little cigar"
This mareva ranks 2nd right behind the PLPC. Good cuban flavors, most suprising for such a small vitola. This has to be one of the best values from Habanos SA.

"Nice little cigar"
Smoked a '98 and thought it was an excellent cigar. Nice creamy flavors, milder than a Party Short but rich with smoke. Great cigar for someone with just 30-40 minutes to burn. Drew and burned nicely.

"Nice .... interesting"
There are so many great marevas that the competition is ridiculous. No wonder, this is a great size for a cigar in my books. The Panza is inexpensive relative to the competition, flavors are not in your face but nice. Good with breakfast coffee on a lazy morning.

"Small in stature"
Big in flavor. A bit of the wild west in this one. Compact with a dark wrapper, this cigar strated spicy and became more full and flavoricious as it went. I burned my lips on this one.

"Second-stringer"
Smoked 2003-04. Decent wrapper along the lines of a Monte 4. Good draw, though burn begins to angle halfway through. Non-abrasive flavour. Subtle spice and grassy notions with creaminess lurking. The taste can pass you right by if you don't pay attention.

"Nice Smoke, typical Cuban"
Silky smooth wrapper with just a little bit of tooth. It was also a little bit veiny and the cap was a bit rough. Typical Cuban, dirty ash and a tight draw. Woody with hints of dark chocolate.
