"One of the best"
I have smoke a few boxes of these and find them to be one of the best cubans around. I have found few with draw or burn problems and they all have been consistant in flavor. CUba is doing some great stuff with the limitada wrappers and with at least two years age smoke great right out of the box.

"As Good as They Come"
I was too cheap to spring for Esplendidos, so I looked for other Cubans to try. I like double coronas, so I got a nice assortment. The RyJ and the Hoyo de Monterrey stood out, but between the two, the RyJ was the more flavorful.
This is like three cigars in one. The taste changes constantly. It's sort of like an RyJ Churchill with added layers of chocolate and cedar. Unlike most cigars, even the first half inch is wonderful. Starts smooth and sweet and spicy, then the added flavors kick in, and then a strong finish. Looks maduro-ish, but there is only a little sweetness. I nub these babies so bad, I nearly burn myself.
One problem: if it's too wet, it may get bitter early. And it's not quite as balanced as the HdM.
I bought a whole box. If they get scarce, I may buy five more and hoard them.
I thought they blew away the Montecristo, Partagas, and Punch DC's.

"As Rasputin said it."
Totally agree with Rasputin, who I noticed prefers Cuban cigars and is quite a good judge of Cuban cigars. Very balanced and smooth smoke with variety of changing flavors.

"Very Balanced and Rounded"
From the box of Feb 02, boxed pressed with silky, sweet smelling wrapper.
Very rounded and balanced cigar. Lots of thick smoke with some sweet spice. A start mild but by the mid smoke builds up to a nice full body, flavorful and aromatic cigar that R&J is known for. Smoked 5 of them between May and now and each of them has been getting better with time - good aging potential.

"Wonderful"
This who series is wonderful and beautifully made. It is rich, well-balanced with great finesses (a bit sweet). This one will be horded by the collectors. Big price for a big night

"Doesn't stack up"
This cigar didn;t stack up to the other "Edicion Limitada" I have tried. Personally the RyJ Robusto, Cohiba Piramides, and the Partagas Series D were much better.
