"Not The Cuban of My Dreams!"
A close relative brought me back some supposedly Cuban Cigars from a trip down in the Indies even though I told her it was illegal and not to bother. She really is a thoughtful, girl and in this instance pretty stupid. I'm not sure she she didn't get "took" as the cigars she brought back were mild to medium bodied and never had that Cuban Kick that I've been looking forward to for so long. This cigar was a pleasant smoking experience with no apparent flaws, though I've had better cigars noncuban cigars and this is not the Cuban cigar that I've been dreaming about.

"Very little flavor"
Maybe more humidor time was needed but I expect more from cubans. Hint of spice, too much work as the cigar was moderately plugged.

"Disappointment"
Bought 9 in Mexico. Most were plugged. The burn was inconsistent. The flavor was pleasant, smooth with cedar predominate. Not worth the effort of smoking. I've let 5 set in a humidor for 4 years. But still suspect they will be a hard, almost impossible draw. I'll try one this weekend. If it's plugged I will throw th rest out.

"Young Cedar"
I received this cigar as a Canadian Cigar Club selection. It had a strong cedar flavor and a very woodsy smell according to my wife. Other than the cedar, I got no other flavors from this smoke. I think this cigar would have been much better had I let it sit in the humidor for a longer period of time. The construction was decent, although the draw was a little tight and the burn was uneven.

"Wonderful Stick"
I get all my cigars from cigarsofhabanos.com. Yes they are in Hong Kong, but fret not, these guys are awesome. I have done plenty of business with these cross-continental people and they have been nothing short of great. Now, back to the cigar...The Entire line of Cedros' are excellent particularly the no 1. Perfect size, etc. If you age this cigar for 1 year due to the cedar wrapping, you will find more of an intense spice flavor; try it sometime on a box or even a couple. For me, this cigar was wonderfully creamy with tons of character. Mildly flavorful, yet not bland. This cigar is perfect for those who want to experience true Cuban taste without a harsh, young flavor. Letting a minute amount of smoke through your nose while exhaling will allow this cigar to show off some herbal and floral highlites. This is not a cigar that needs to be burned an inch or so before you notice its wonderfulness. THis cigar will smoke consistently with flavor and construction all the way down to the knuckles! An added bonus to these little gems; ignite your cedar wrapper to light your cigar and get a nice, pure cigar-lighting flame.....a true connoisseur's delight.

"A nice after dinner smoke"
Sweetness and spice. A good desert smoke. Medium body not a lot of kick, but still satisfying. Appearance was good, construction and burn were excellent. The one I smoked had some bloom on it which seems to me to add a floral taste to the cigar as well. A good smoke for the price.

"Wish it were stronger"
After smoking the cedros deluxe #3 I was expecting a lot, but didn't get it. Mild to medium but with a great sweet spicy flavor, wish it had a little more kick.
