"An enjoyable smoke"
Very good looks and flavor. I'm generally not a big fan of Connecticut wrappers, but this was an enjoyable smoke. Good draw, but required a few touch ups.

"enjoyable AM stick"
I enjoyed this cigar at 11:30 AM. Let me first point out that I was lucky I sat down at a B&M because the stick I picked out could have been used as a hammer, and quite badly plugged. Shop owner replaced it and the next one was fine. Says something about QC at RP. This cigar was very, if not overly, mild. Taste and aroma were very good though. A bit papery and some nutty flavors but not complex at all. Make no mistake, this is aimed at the mild cigar smoker. Aroma made up for much of it's shortcomings. Only real complaint is that despite the perfect burn the nice white ash flaked constantly - incessantly. My blue shirt and black jacket showed it all (more QC issues or just quality of tobacco?). Doesn't sound like it but I did enjoy this cigar. Aroma is highly underrated.

"good, for a mild cigar"
I'm a big maduro fan, but i'm also a big RP fan, so i thought i'd give the 99 shade a try. The cigar had a light-natural color. It was fairly smooth and vein-less. Had a pre-light smell of flint. A slow and even burn, solid white ash with a coned furnace. Smoke had sweet smells of nutmeg and cinnamon. Tastes of hay, glue, ginger, creme, vanilla, wet paper, and flutters of coconut oil.
All in all above average. Probably won't try again just based on my tastes. I can't fault it for what it is in it's category, just not a huge fan of this category of cigar.

"eh..."
I'm not a fan of mild cigars, but this one was pretty good. It didn't have the paper bag flavor that I dislike about a lot of Connecticut shade wrapped smokes. Still, it's not a cigar I'm going to buy more of.
