I'm sorry to read of buonassi's disappointing experience. I don't doubt his account, but smoking this one myself convinces me that he had the bad luck to snag the occasional flawed handful that occurs with even the best cigar makers. I thoroughly agree with Chemyst in his comments and ratings, so rather than repeat him, I'll just refer you to his very well stated review of 3/27/2007.

no where near the experience of vint line, flavor is very similar but draw is tight. had 3 so far and each has proven an effort to smoke because of draw. got these on cbid for under 3 each.

This combination of Vintage '90/92 filler with a
mixed double wrapper really delivers an excellent
smoking experience.

This cigar just screams quality from the fine pre-
light aroma, to the smooth, oily wrapper and on
to a lasting, tasty finish.

The first half of this smoke was very even in
taste, with a smooth, consistent draw and even
burn. The last half of the smoke just built in
flavor and strength to an excellent finish. The
multiple fillers and wrappers provided a complex,
intriguing flavor profile in a medium to full
body/strength.

If you're looking for a high quality, new smoke
to try, you can't go wrong here. The Fusion may
easily become a regular in anyone's rotation.
