Construction on this was the highlight: steady burn, solid white ash, excellent draw, substantial amount of smoke. The taste was earthy and sweet, although it did have a bit of pepper. Straight-forward & consistent, little complexity. Med/full body, mild/med strength. Didn't care for the aroma, or the scent it left on my hands for a few hours after.

For the price, this cigar has some pop. A nice meaty full bodied smoke. Worth $3. Not such an attractive smoke.

I do not know what some people are saying an "average" cigar looks like, but this thing is darker than a Steven King Novel. I do agree that the flavors are rather plain and lack punch for such a unique looking cigar. I like the pigtail too, very old world.

An OK looking cigar with a rough foot and a pig tail. Tasted heavily of leather, after the first inch it moved to a lighter body and became a leather.earth taste. Burn and draw were fine. Purging this made a huge flame, you have been warned. Not a bad cigar for the price, would be a steal if you're into the leather taste.

An average looking cigar with average taste. Expected a good deal of flavor...got 'nada'. Just an average cigar. Once is enough for me.

the cigar brand that got me into cigar smoking! truly 1 of his best creations. the wrappre bleeds and will turn your lips black! 1 dimensional taste and very full bodied.it will leave you satisfied. not for mild or even medium bodied smokers . a very distinct taste that you will love or hate no in-between. If you are one of the few people who like DARK SHARK or DOMINICAN CIGAR LTD. you will love this.
