wow! what a smoke! at first light, reminded me of nicaraguan tobacco, but about 3/4 of an inch later, I would have sworn that I was smoking a Cuban Cohiba corona gorda. sweet nuts, cedar, caramel and cocoa, in a stick that drew like a dream, loading th

"Even better than before"
Like most cigars, how this stogie is cared for matters. I tend to either keep a suspect stogie in my personal humidor for a long while OR I buy from a place that I know takes good care of their product. This stogie was well taken care of. I loved it! It was a cocoa-nut mix that burned well all the way to the end. For a lengthy cigar, I thought it burned a bit fast, or perhaps time was flying with all the moking fun I was having. Nice cigar, nice value! UPDATE: This cigar has been calling to me from my humidor for better than 6 month now. I pulled one out and gave it another try, anticipating the same, superb smoke that I had tried right out of the box. What I got was something even better! This thing had picked up some complexity along the way and now it seemed to changed flavors every along every inch. The flavors went from dark and chocolaty to light and crisp. I was just blown away by this smoke. I cannot wait until I pull the next one out six months from now...could it get better?

"asi asi"
Started out tasting like butt, then 3/4" into it, it got much better. It's flavor was like drugstore tobacco at first, then started to get a smoothness, with a hint of creaminess and a touch of bitter but, alas, no, the cheapness returned halfway through. After that every hit was a crapshoot: some downright delicious, some downright nasty, some like it was doused with chemicals. It finished quite spicy, with a lot of peppery undertones.
In general, the body and amount of smoke were medium, as would be expected from the wrapper color. It's draw nice and consistant. The construction was average, with the label sticking to the wrapper and a giant vein running down the side. It did burn evenly and it's ash kept its shape well.
Overall, I was disappointed with the smoke, but for $2 it's priced right. I should have known what to expect.
