"well balanced smoke"
got a box of five two years ago from Escazu near San Jose in CR while on holiday. Maybe its the ageing in my humidor but I don't find it to taste "green" at all.. still one to go; three out of four had a great draw.medium mild, old leather on the palate with a hint of spice in the aftertaste. will buy again

"Green"
I received this cigar in a sample pack. It was a beautiful looking cigar, with the red and gold band. Upon taking a draw before lighting, I noticed a pleasant flavor although the draw was a little tight. Once I put fire to this thing, the flavor turned strange. I sinced a taste that I can only describe as green. It tasted like I was smoking a plant from my garden or something. In addition, there was a crack in the lower part of the cigar, so it was very hard to get any smoke without a forceful pull on the stick. Even after this negative experience, I am not willing to give up on these smokes. They come packaged in the nicest box that I have seen other than my humidor. I just have a feeling that this cigar manufacturer is on to something, if we can just be patient enough to wait for it to arrive.
