"Slower Starting Pepin"
A solid well made cigar that has a remarkably easy draw, considering the solid roll. This Pepin doesn't start out of the gate as spicy & peppery as many of his blends, but don't mistake this thing for mild. It's a medium to full bodied cigar that builds in flavor gradually on a smooth slope. It has the characteristic Pepin spice/pepper profile that I have become very fond of. A great cigar for any time of day.

"It's about the flavor"
I smoke a lot of Pepin Garcia cigars, and the Vegas Cubanas are no exception...but they are exceptional. The Invictos won't blow the back of your head off and that's not the intention. They do, however, deliver a load of sweet and toasty flavors with a modicum of pepper and spice. Great for just about any time of day. And they're well constructed , with a good burn and draw.

"good cigar"
Burned nice, great aroma, a bit spicy and papery. I like almost all Pepins and this is no exception, but this is no El Centurion or Tatuaje. For less money though this is a good value. Not destined for greatness but certainly a fine entry point in to the world of DPG.

"Fascinating!"
One of the most fascinating cigars I have ever smoked. Upon lighting, it had an initial rush of flavor and peppery spice, but settled down after a few puffs to a very full flavored, medium bodied smoke. Every puff, I expected it to become overpoweringly strong, but it never quite did. I was sure it was going to kick my a.., but it stayed right where it was, a very flavorful, smooth, complex smoke. I REALLY liked this cigar! It does have a heady taste profile like some of the best Cubans, but reminds me most of a Montecristo #2 because of the smoothness to go with the flavor. Highly recommended, if you can find them.

"nothing special"
It's a Pepin. Typical flavor, nothing exciting, one-dimensional down to the nub. They are good, but there are 100 better cigars at half the price. Pepin needs to start mixing it up a bit. Maybe....I dunno...using something other than a corojo wrapper and Nicaraguan filler on every cigar. I'm getting bored already.

"Identical twin to the Nacionales W"
This smoke identifies itself as a Pepin Garcia product from the first puff. Blindfolded, I'd have pegged this one for a Nacionales W. A little nutty, leathery and medium-full while retaining its smoothness. Burn was little crooked but draw was perfect. Another no-brainer. Buy this one or its twin, the Nacionales. It may well be my favorite Pepin blend, though I think I say that after each ERDLH stick I sample.

"Pepper, spice, & everything nice!"
Starting out with an explosion of pepper and spice, this light to medium body cigar is a sleeper in the cigar world! It has a slight floral note also. In the middle it does have a touch of paper on the palate. I generally like full bodied smokes but this one is just outstanding. A rare no-brainer!
