"tasted soapy"
After everyone singing praises of this cigar, so I thought about trying them so after purchasing five the aroma of the cigar was really fantastic, the construction seemed a little poor for a cigar of this price , it was even light and spongey. The first one I fired up had about two weeks in my humi and it tasted very bland about 1 inch in it started to taste soapy after the second one it was work to smoke about two inches. This was the worst cigar i ever smoked

"Long Smoke"
These are big Churchills that will smoke for over an hour. I don't really like trinidads, but I got this one in a sampler. It was a medium bodied that burned evenly all the way through. The flavor, while not complex, was good and chocolatey. I was impressed, especially since it was not one of the reasons I picked up the sampler. I went out to buy a box, but when I saw the box price I decided 20 Trinidads wasn't worth the $185 asking (I want something like 25 Ashton's for that range). I bought a box of La Gloria Cubana serie R #5 instead for $110. Not only did I save a little money and get more cigars, but I think I like the Glorias better too.

"Big Stick"
This was a nice looking stick with lots of size. It took about 90 minutes to smoke. It started a little flat but picked up some flavor about and inch or so into the cigar. The flavor was hard to describle, but it wasn't bad. I smoked it all the way to the band and would try another without question. There was a little of an uneven burn up to about the halfway point, but the stick self corrected and burned fairly well the rest of the way.

"pretty nice"
This cigar has a sweet leathery vegetable flavor that is consistent throughout the smoke. The cigar lit easily and had a nice even burn, with a cool fulfilling draw. I bought a box of these not too long ago, and have found that Cream Soda, of all things, is particularly pleasurable along side this dark beauty.

"no great shakes"
OK, I do like Trinidads and the Cubans more so, so I had to try the Maduros. Quite honestly I don't see what all the buzz is about.
These were a bear to light and the draw was iffy at best, but it eventually settled down into a very smooth medium body stick. Full chocolate/leather flavor but not complex or overwhelming. I'll stick to my regular Trinidads thanks.
