"Pretty Good"
This was a decent cigar. The blend was interesting and made for a pleasant flavor. It started out lively and then mellowed considerably after an inch or so. Overall, it was quite similar to a Dominican Ramon Allones, which leads me to my only complaint - the price. I paid $11, which is much too high for this cigar. At $6 bucks, it would be great. For the money, it’s not quite worth it, especially when the RA’s I mentioned run about $3.00.

"Tasted young..."
As with most fine cigars, a little age is usually required...but I couldn't resist it! Typical of Trinidad, the burn was nearly perfect with good draw and tight, consistent ash. The starting flavor was dominantly cocoa with a touch of spice and some occasional grassiness of youth. Around the midpoint things turned a bit south, with a bit of ferny/leafy/ironish tanginess, not too dissimilar from a young Bowmore. Very odd. With some additional age this should be really nice, though I think the robusto size will still be my favorite TTT.

"Really good"
I've had a few different Trinidads and found them rather unimpressive. This one is considerably better. Easy draw and a great prelight taste. Lit easily and maintained a perfect burn the length of the cigar.

A good medium smoke that surprised me with it's flavor and strength.

"Superior smoke"
A dark wrapper, slight box press and perfect construction. Cap cut perectly and the cigar lit easily and evenly. Draw was a bit tight but it loosened up a bit as it warmed up. Wonderful complex flavors. Full bodied witout a hint of harshness. Woody, earthy yet a hint of sweetness. Ash was even, grey and would not fall. Expensive and worth it.

"Toothy Belicoso"
This smoke was very nice, the foot lit well and had a very even burn. The ash was long and white. It had notes of cedar and pepper, and some leather, witch made it a very toothy smoke. The construction was attractive, a must have smoke in any ones humidor.

"A Trinidad TTT & Imperial Stout"
The 5X52 Belicoso was my first Trinidad. I smoked it in on my patio after a brief summer thunderstorm in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. I purchased the cigar from a Yahoo Auction. I paid about $4.50 each for 4 of them including shipping. Some much for the background, let's get down to the review.

A visual inspection showed excellent construction, the wrapper and cap had no defects, there were no veins and the seams were flawless. After clipping with scissors the pre-light draw was just about perfect; it could have been a little easier. I took a sip of my Sonora Brewing Co. "Inebriator Stout" (an Imperial Stout w/9.1% ABV). I lit the gar with a butane lighter and took a few quick puffs to get the burn going. I then took a draw and held in my mouth for the first taste. There was creamy feel to the smoke and the taste had spicy highlights of aged pepper. The burn was even within one-eight inch all the way down. The draw turned out just right. The smoke while not voluminous was enough to let you know it was there. I would classify the taste as between medium and full. The body was full was the same. The tastes stayed the same to half-way and them slowly became stronger and hotter from there on to the finish. I set it down when there was one and one-half inches remaining. The smoke was getting a little too hot. I would recommend this cigar to anyone looking for a quality smoke. I believe I'll have to order a box of these for my humidor .

"Best of the line"
This is my favorite of the Trinidad line. Rich and flavorful with loads of pleasing smoke. Medium to full body. Perfect construction. A treat to smoke. Only drawback is the $10 paid, but you truly get what you pay for.
