"Tierra del Garbage"
I was about 6 min in and the damn thing died. Tried lighting it back up but the big veins wouldnt light. Skip this one.

"If the Price Is Right, Not a Bad Cigar"
I picked up a couple 5 packs of these on Cigarbid, and coming from Perdomo I expected a reasonably well construction cigar and I was not disappointed. Well made and an excellent burn rate on the 3 I have smoked so far. The main issue I have with this stick is that although the maduro wrapper is tasty, the filler was simply lacking any distinctive flavor I could hang my hat on. For those who have been scared off from maduros, believing they were too strong for their taste should give this one a try. As for the lack of flavor, this could very well improve with time as I plan to age the rest for at least 6 months. If you can pick up these square pressed beauties for a buck fifty or less, I don't think you'll be disappointed. At the very worst, a good all day cigar that will probably improve with age.

"Smokeable"
I had reviewed the Churchill size a week ago and just tried the Torpedo today. This stick didn't appear that old. On lighting I found the draw very loose and a very full body. The flavor wasn't strong but I got slight pepper and leather. This had a very nice light gray ash that held well with little to no flake. The body smoothed out about 1.5" in and at about half way the flavor had an odd tang to it for about an inch. After that it was more of just a tobacco taste to the nub the got very soft but never hot. I think I'll wait a couple of months to try another.

"Good with a 6 month nap"
I tried to smoke one of these fresh and almost puked. 6 months later, they are maturing into a decent smoke. I may even buy a bundle to stash for a year and see what happens.

"Maybe with a little time."
Draw ok to open. Light wrapper, veiny, not much maduro aroma. First 1/3 light, thin, citrus. 2nd 1/3 thicker and creamier, maybe chocolate. medium body. Last 1/3 sometimes has strange off taste. Burns fast, slightly uneven. May be a little on the green side. Overall slightly below average.

"not bad"
This is a well made, but rather plain smoke. The price allows you to forgive the plain look. The burn is even, but the ash does not hold very well. The flavors are simple yet pleasing. This is a good everyday cigar.

"Over a year..."
Time has taken the sweetness out and put in a straight forward maduro flavor and medium body. Not an award winner, but a good smoke.

"Give 'em time"
The longer these gems sit, the better they get. After two months, they were pleasant. After three months, there was no hint of acrid ammonia or anything else unpleasant. A VERY nice "go to" gar... the price is frosting. Easily worth the small price. Chocolatey, slightly lemony, toasty and rich. Big booming clouds. Way better than a lot of lauded house brands.

"Good Smoke"
This is a good go smoke. Very flavorful (a little sweet) well made, easy drawing, good burning cigar. Initially, the flavor is cedary sweet and then settles down to a chocolaty, woody taste. For a buck a gar at auction, you won't be disappointed with these.

"Decent"
Good auction buy, at just over a $1 a smoke you can afford to smoke even when you can't devote your full attention to the gar. A little sweet for my taste but a decent maduro overall. Light fill and box press make the burn a little problematic so have your torch handy.

"Value selection"
Went looking for something nice looking but inexpensive. I find myself enjoying Perdomo brands and this is no exception. A rough start that comes through with burnt toast on the throat.

"Another good one."
This is a very nicely flavored maduro. Mellow and sweet, with a toasty and a cocoa flavor to it. The construction isn't perfect but it is very good. The burn in good the ash a llittle flakey, the draw is great though. For the price it's a very good deal. Bundle of 20 for 39.95.
