"It's still a Te Amo................"
Won a 10pack on CB, the initial appearance reminded me of the "Indian Cigars" (catawba tree seed pods) we use to jerk off trees and smoke as kids. Little did I know that the taste would be only slightly better. The sticks were dry and hot, the contstruction questionable. I have smoke those cheap cigars rolled from the scraps on the floor. I liked the promotional statements saying that Te Amo outsold all other cigars in NYC. What is wrong here? New Yorkers are very picky about all other consumables, why would there be no discretion on cigars? Bottom line: Looking for an alternative to King Edwards? This brand be your next favorite, otherwise keep looking.....

"great bargain"
gave one to a friend who likes Macs, told him was a new Mac but a factory second (did have to account for the butt-ugly appearance) and he loved it. In short, a really good mild-medium cigar, but a GREAT one for the price.

"Great... if you like bitter grass..."
The cigar I smoked was drier than it should be, perhaps after aging some it would be better. It Tasted good, but very grassy, and the bitterness increased at the finish, while most of the better tastes seemed to dimish rapidly after lighting. I like the Matacan better.

"Not that bad"
I agree with the reviewer below me; this is an underrated cigar. Obviously there is much better out there, but this cigar had a relatively mild, smooth taste that isn't bitter. Yes a little grassy, but not like a ridiculous drugstore cigar. It's one-dimensional and nothing special, and Mexican filler isn't for everyone, but I still find this to be a decent smoke, at least to try something cheap and different.
The burn and construction are perfect, which was a surprise given the price. That's a high point of this cigar. I had one of these about 10 years ago, and I remember it tasting exactly like the one I had yesterday, so this brand appears to be very consistent.
If you smoke a lot you might find these as an everyday cheap cigar, probably better than your bundles.

"Impressive for what it is"
I have to disagree with the prior reviews of this cigar. Sometimes I don't want a "sophisticated" smoke, just a regular cigar that satisfies and doesn't break my wallet. Lately, I've been turning to this one. The construction is vaguely similar to the Fuente Curly Head, but a bit tighter. In fact, I think you could draw more than one comparison between the two. Overall, this cigar isn't anything super special. I detected more than once the aroma of baker's chocolate, and the flavor was pretty grassy. If you're looking for a different type of bargain-priced cigar, I think these are well worth the try. I'll be smoking more.

"Average."
I found this cigar to be slightly bitter and largely "over-hyped". Dark flavors like wet wood with spice and at times even burnt grass dominated this experience. I was not impressed. There are better treats out there.
