"Excllent"
This is one smooth cigar. Nice aroma, solid construction a near perfect cigar for people that like them on the mild/medium side.

"A bad cigar?"
First off, yes it is expensive, but you are paying for the Ashton name, it should be obvious why it costs so much. It is a very well made cigar. It has a pleasant pre-light aroma. Taste is a bit lacking, but it is definitely not BAD. Creamy, nutty, cedary, with some vegetal notes. Towards the last 3rd it was not as good, but not bad at all. Though it did not blow me away, it was pleasantly mild and not at all repulsive. I got mine at auction in a sampler, only paid 7 bucks for it. I probably wouldn't buy one again, leave these for people with money to burn.

"too much money for nothing"
well i got this one as a gift, so no money from me. if this cigar was 2 dollars i wouldn't buy this again. construction was decent. it looked good, but the burn was so-so and the ash wasn't the best. IT IS SOOOO MILD. i really couldn't pick anything up, it was just like sucking nothing. if you're up for something mild you can give it a shot, but there are so many cigars, mild and not mild, that need to be tried ahead of this one.

"Terrible!"
For my review of this mock rolled turd, see my review of Ashton's Churchill - it's the same for this cigar.

"Unfortunately heinous"
This was one of the most disappointing cigars I've ever had. After hearing so many recommendaitons from friends--and after forking over 11 bills--I expected much more from this stick. Its burn was jagged, its flavor was offensively poor, and it did not live up to my expectations in the least. I almost wonder if the cigar did not have mold in it.

"Expensively Mild"
I expected more from this cigar due to it's name and cost. Though pleasantly a good mild smoke, there are better mild bodied smokes available with more character in flavor, and less expensive.
