Ashton Maduro No. 15

Went to an Ashton dinner for the new San Christabol, one of these # 15 Maduros were in the gift pack,it had plume all over it, I dusted it off and had one of the finest smokes in my 20 years of smoking 1st tier cigars !

First off, this is a greatly constructed cigar, just the right amount of firmness creating a mouthful of smoke. The ash was white and intact, the length of the first ash was approx. half the lenght of the cigar. It tasted like leather and was really nice at times but for the most part it was sooo bitter. It left a really bitter aftertaste and was really dry, not the cigar itself but the tast. could get better with a bit of rest if the bitterness can mellow out.
