"Pretty good"
This was a good smoke. It wasn't my all-time favorite or anything, but it was enjoyable. It was very well constructed and produced tons of smoke. The flavor started off somewhat rich and slightly peppery, (it almost tasted Nicaraguan). It then took on a creamy character along with the pepper until about the 1/3 mark. After that it really mellowed out and tasted of leather and weak coffee. All in all a nice, medium-bodied cigar.

"Refined"
A well-constructed cigar. Mild to Medium bodied with hints of pepper, but not overpowering. Very smooth and creamy as well.

"Not my kind of taste. Pretty boring."
Started off a little salty then got nutty and leathery towards the middle. I really like the Avo standard and Domain series better than this XO. This one kind of dissapointed me the flavor just wasnt there. Great looking cigar though and nice construction. Definatly not worth the price though.

"Crazy about Avo."
Everything about this cigar is excellent. The first 1/3 of the cigar is fairly mild. The next inch or two is pretty spicy which then leads on to the dramaticly strong but not overwhelming finish. The draw was easy. This cigar will not disappiont!

"Great 1st Avo Impression"
1st Avo I've smoked. I have 5 of the 'regular' line I have yet to try. This XO was great all around: beautiful construction and wrapper, great flavors, perfect burn. Started as a '4' on the 0 to 10 strenght scale, and ended at an '8'.

"hot hot hot"
This cigar is good but I can tell already the XO line is probably better in a larger ring guage. It heated up quickly and I had to smoke it really really slow. I will have to try this again in a larger size. This one is a bit of a disappointment.

"Avo before dinner..."
The wrapper was viney and slightly oily. The color of the cigars is consistent within the box. It was slightly hard to clip off the cap. It was very easy to light the cigar, the draw was a little bit firm, and the smoke was mild. Ash is not firm, but the cigar itself is. Could taste spices all the way, but tasted cedar and nutty flavors in the first few draws. The smoke is creamy, and the smoke volume is big compare to the regular Avo line. This cigar burns a little bit hot. Taste became harsh for me at the last third of the cigar. It took me 1 hour to finish this cigar. Compare with other cigars in the XO line I've had so far, I like the Notturo better than this one.

"good panetella"
Good panetellas can be tough to find, here's one. I've noticed an usual slight "flinty" flavor in these and other Avo's. Not bad, but unusual. That taste is not "aging out" either. I got a great cutter with my box!
