"something different"
I have smoked about 10 of these since my last review and I think I just got one that was taken care of properly. These aren't that mild, more of a good medium. Has incredible construction. The first one I had, had burn problems and was very soft. Never had any vanilla nuances again. Just mostly a straight-forward tobacco taste with a nice light spice. Finish was real good with nutmeg and spice flavors lingering on the palate.

"A 1940's Dream"
I can image this as my granfather's favorite had it been available. Rich, full bodied with excellent draw, burn and consistancy. A little pricey, but worth the extra money.

"decent"
Had this gar with a friend of mine at 2 in the morning getting ready to go to yosemite. It was a nice mild cigar, but nothing great. Had a little vanilla twang to it and finished with a nutty flavor. Good cigar but for the price expected a lot more.

"Perfect mild perfecto"
Smoked the European version of this cigar ... a 45 ring instead of 50. Excellent overall smoke! Mild to medium in strength yet full flavored and smooth. Flavors of sweet cedar, toffee and tobacco. If your looking for a great mild cigar ... it doesn't get much better.

"Over-rated"
Not my kinda smoke. A bit pricey for what it is. A little like a Montecristo #3 in taste, but not as good!

"Perfection, Is this Perfectos Name!"
I picked this one up in Miami, Oct 2002 and it was the last one in the box, I asked the retailer for the box! Very original presentation.
Well, this vitola was just drop dead gorgeous! The wrapper was almost a Claro, velvet to the touch, with a slight sheen.
After almost one year and 3 months, in my D’or vacationing. I got an itching to spark it up! All aspects of this was A1+! Wrapper, Contruction, Presentation, Draw, Burn Conical to the nub, Ash, Flavor..... Man! this was one of the best sticks I've had period! Got to find a box! Bye.

"A Perfect Perfecto"
A very nice smoke that burned well. Great draw and even to the end. Flavors of nuts and hints of vanilla. Just an all around enjoyable smoke.

"The 22"
I really enjoy this cigar. Yes the box was expensive (only 2700 made)but I have found it to be one of my "special cigars". I took four down to a cigar night and everyone who tried it loved it. Definately full bodied but a hint of the Avo cream exists (its aged 7+ years). I would buy another box but the line is sold out. Great with a nice single malt.

"Should have been a "44""
These are supposedly Avo's personal smoke with a small amount released to the public. I guess Avo and I don't have the same taste in cigars. This was average at best, and I can't ever see spending money to buy anymore.
