"Best Cigar Value ever."
Best taste of any cigar I've ever tried (never had cubans though). Smoked 5 so far and all had great creamy, strong flavor.

"Meh..."
As usual with nearly EVERY Camacho I've ever smoked, draw is too loose. Flavor is ok but not great. Straight tobacco with a bit of spice on the finish. Fairly one-dimensional. Aroma is better than actual flavor. Not a cigar I will seek out again.

"Cigars are good."
The smokes from the box I bought last year are consistent, consistently good. It is complex with toasty, earthy, spicy, flavors but mostly semi-sweet Honduran tobacco. Avery good budget smoke.

"Couldn't resist."
I won a box of these for under $40. I review these about every 2 years. The new box has some age on them the box is stamped March 2005. A surprisingly mellow earthy beginning with both the flavor and strength picking up after 3/4 of an inch. It still has some of that funky taste at the beginning, but not enough to ruin it. I guess that's part of being really earthy. Another surprise is the burn. It's straight and requires no touch ups. Actually it is smooth and toasty near halfway. The flavor evolves slowly gets good in the last third. Pretty good sub $2 smoke.

"Nice Surprise"
Was going to give this away. Very mellow that built up good strength near the end. It was very hot outside but this guy wouldn't offend. Creamy.

"very surprising"
I just picked this stick up today, and boy am I surprised. It lit very easily and burned perfectly. I enjoy a smoke with a white ash, and this was beautiful. I found it mild-medium with an average finish. A second smoke is in order to see if I should buy a box. Highly recommended.

"Good Cigar"
I don't know why, but I thought this was going to be a 2nd tier cigar from Camacho- Their corojo and SLR lines being their top markes- also being less expensive than the others. Not so. This is different cigar. I believe it is blended for smokers that shy away from big strong smokes. Starts off milder and gets denser as you progress- soft wood interlaced with leather. Medium bodied- I found it more complex in flavors than i had anticipated. Well contructed and excellent draw. Good value in a cigar.

Tastes Honduran, if you like that you should be pleased with this well made cigar. They're good, but not good enough to buy a box.

"Pretty Cigar"
I agree with the construction inconsistency statements. However, I did not find this cigar to be as potent as the other reviewers. This cigar has great balance and flavor. Lots of earthy and woodsy flavors with a very pleasant nutmeg finish. Very good cigar at very affordable price.

"Second opinion."
18 months and several cigars from the same box later, my experiences with this cigar have mirrored just about every opinion of all the reviewers up to now. Aging makes them better overall, however, some are great kick ass smokes and some are disappointing. Consistency is definitely a problem.

"Montecristo #2's fat Honduran cousin"
I was looking for a less expensive domestic substitute for my Monte #2, so my cigar shop suggested this one. It had the full (& unique) flavors of a Monte #2, good draw and very smooth. The burn was at times off, but would correct itself. Thoroughly enjoyable smoke. What differed, though, was the bitter finish. I put it out 2" from the end. But up to that point it was fabulous and that problem wouldn't prevent me from buying a box. Plus the fact that it's half the price.

"good cigar"
I echo most ratings. This cigar reminded me of the Cuban Montecristo #2. It was full bodied, filled with coffee, chocolate, and wood tastes. Had notes of carmel as well. Construction was flawless. If it began burning crooked, it would correct itself. Ash was gray/white; held on decently. I like them; think I will buy a box.

"90+ FOR UNDER $5"
I just tried another that I had "aging" for 6 months and found a totally different cigar. The wrapper literally fell off while I was lighting it and the burn was so uneven I gave up after 15 minutes. Loved it the first time but can't recommend a cigar that falls apart in mid-smoke.

"pack a tic tac"
Burned quite well, with plenty of nutty smoke and nice cool draws. I do not think I would go for a box, because I'd never smoke it to the band. Why? I think if I nubbed this baby it would permantly change my breath. Other than that minor detail, not a bad cigar.

"Da Bomb!"
This cigar is the next best thing to a Habano Montesristo #2. It is even a bit fatter! These cigars are inexpensive, well made, and give any cuban cigar a run for its money. It is my opinion Honduras is making the world's best cigars right now.
