"Good but unexceptional"
Having just finished my first CAO Brazilia I must say it was pretty good. The draw was flawless and it had a nice full bodied flavor all the way down to the nub. It is comparable to a Partagas Black in term's of its stregth. I was expecting a more complex smoke given all of the great things I had heard about the Brazilia line. I would buy another single again but if I were to get a box I'd probably have to go with the similarly priced La Gloria Cubana: Series R (#5) instead.

"disappointing"
Got this free at my B&M during a CAO promotion event. Good thing because it was very flat and unexciting. I loved the Gol! but this size was the total opposite end. Very little flavor, tight draw and little to no strength. It was nicely constructed and looked good but that's about all I can say for this one.

"Flavor disappointment"
Had a box of these sitting in the humi for a year. Great looking with a real oily wrapper. Great burn. Some coffee flavors came through, however the overall flavor was really muddled with an occasional metallic element to it. This cigar left the mouth really dry. I use to love the GOL until the blend was messed around with and this cigar is nothing like the once great GOL - a bomb of cocoa and coffee . CAO is putting out great looking cigars but the flavor just is not there. For the price there are better cigars.

"Nothing to write home about...."
This was a 'decent' cigar. It had average everything except appearence, which was great. The draw was actually slightly sub par, and I was expecting a bit more flavor from the dark wrapper.

"OK, this gets better"
Started a bit subpar for a Brazilia, but flavor picked up rapidly. Minor wrapper imperfection, nice even burn, easy draw, an enjoyable smoke and for what I paid, a great value.

"Better than expected"
Didn't know what to expect, but an excellent draw, good flavor throughout. Very glad I bought a box of 20.

"Great Smoke"
Lots of flavor but smooth until the end. Great construction with nice, long, white ash. Burned well but drew a little tight. This was a terrific smoke!

"Nice smoke to begin the weekend"
Nice easy draw, with great smoke volume and aroma. It has an interesting and unfamilliar flavor which I suppose comes from the Brazillian wrapper. I'd say it's a bit one-dimensional, but very smooth and consistent. At the risk of sounding froofy, I think I actually tasted a little coffee! I generally write off the last third of most cigars I smoke because that's when they tend to develop a sharpness I don't care for. I actually removed the band on this one so I could get down to the nub. It never really went sharp on me. Very good smoke.

"Pretty good."
Solid dark barrel with a wrinkled wrapper and under filled foot that made an even light very difficult. Once it got going it developed nice med-full flavor and strength with a straight forward maduro taste I really enjoyed.

"Excellent and overlooked."
I enjoy the heft of the Amazon, but I have to give the Lambada equal credit because in some ways it's a better cigar. Great burn, wonderful flavor. I concur with Oneportal; ignore the hype and enjoy the cigar.

"Mine shrunk."
Just doesn't look like a fifty ring gauge. I guess black does make you look slimmer. I got this in a great promo sampler from Holt's. Seems well aged, the band is sliding off as I smoke. Solid, bold, peppery flavors linger on the palate and make your taste buds stand up and cheer. Not for the squeamish so be ready for some intensity. I like spice but sometimes during this smoke it overcomes the flavors, but that ain't all bad. Beautiful white ash and perfect burn add to the experience.

"Great cigar"
I recently discovered this cigar after being a fan of JR Ultimate Maduro Maduro. It is far superior! It is a nice sweet smoke with a long white ash with great burn. It lasts for 2 hours and does not need any touch ups. I highly recommend it.

"Just get over the hype."
We know the websites pimp out CAO like MTV pimps out high school girls, but really, the Brazilia line is worth it. Like other "different" smokes out there, there is a gimmick with these. It's a fantastic wrapper that truly tastes like no other. You can practically taste the tropical soil it's grown in, and the cigar's filler doesn't lie to you - it's earthy and peppery and certainly changes throughout the smoke. But it does so every stick. I love CAO consistency and their willingness to bring something new to the table. I see there are very little reviews for this shape, but I consider it on par with the Samba.

"Its a C.A.O- its awesome!"
A dark, oily, shining wrapper-This cigar starts with strong tastes of coffee and cocao, yet it fades into slight hints of cream and cherry. It constantly has a little touch of spice and pepper. It has a long, even burn, that allows for a good/plentiful draw. This cigar has a very smooth, mellow finish. This maduro is semi-sweet, with a medium- bodied taste. Very interesting, indulge and enjoy.

"Another nice Brazilia"
Liked this one the best of all the Brazilia vitola I have sampled, possibly because this one aged a bit longer. Medium bodied, lots of spicy smoke and a razor sharp burn that held its ash halfway down. Really think the Brazilia are the best CAOs by a longshot.

"Solid"
Solid veiny construction. Burn slightly uneven but still very good. Draw was effortless for 3/4 with slightly more on the nub. Medium body with plenty of rich smoke. Sweet with some light pepper towards the end. Fabulous cigar for the price. Had a strong buzz from the cigar (I wasn't drinking) about half way through that was extrememly mellowing. Highly recommend.

"Bitter, Bitter, Bitter"
Got one of these in a sample pack fro a friend and couldn't wait to try it. I hear great things about the brand. But this was one of the worst experiences smoking I have had. I was expecting to enjoy it on my back nine but instead it almost cost me a good round. It was bitter from the start and the burn was very hot. I trashed it about haflway, I couldn't take it anymore. I broke out a RP Vintage 90 and my round was saved.

"Another GREAT Brazilia!"
I've tried a number of Brazilia variations and they are all great! Even better with humidor time. Easy light, even burn, strong (good thing) flavor consistent throughout... good smoke volumes... just great. I personally think all the Brazilia variants I've tried are consistent... no big differences. Try these if you haven't.... unless you only like really light-weight smokes.

"Another winner in the Brazilia line"
The toro is a nice addition to the Brazilia line. This seems to be a stronger cigar than the rest of its brothers. Don't leave this puppy hanging in the outh, or it's buzz city.
