"Vanilla Monster"
For some reason I thought this was not going to be the greatest, but I was super suprised when there was a vanilla bean explosion at the first quarter. Suprisingly good experience.

"Mild, smooth"
Got one from Pipes & Cigars which arrived in great condition (recommend these guys online). My initial impression was that it looked quite tasty and smelled good too. Taste: this is a mild cigar and the first third all the way to the end was like this. There were hints of coffee along the way and it's quite smooth. I was hoping for more complexity as that's the way I like my cigars and also something with a fuller taste. Burn: Produced a 1/2 inch dark gray ash. It required relighting at one point which was disappointing and it tended to burn out even as I was puffing on it every 2 minutes. Appearance: looks very good and is box pressed. Draw: medium although I had to puff hard at times when the stick was going out. It produced a lot of smoke in the middle, less in the beginning and slightly bitter once I hit the third. That's when I stopped smoking it (45 minutes at that point). Would I buy this one again? Wouldn't get a box, but I wouldn't mind trying another. I recommend this to someone who likes mild, smooth smokes though. It just didn't leave enough on my palate for my tastes (I like Padrons typically)

"EXTREME smoke"
Best cigar I've had in my short experience as a smoker! Not too complex, yet very flavorful with overtones of coffee (another of my passions). Smooth & easy draw, even burn, flavorful.......you can't ask for much more!

I love the CAO Extreme line. Smooth full bodied taste with a woodsy and coffee blend of flavors. One of my all time favorites.

"Great, but too strong for my liking"
Like the whole L'Anniversaire line, it has a wonderful flavor, however, I found the eXtremes to be too strong for my liking and the bite seemed to overpower the flavor.

"Baby power smoke"
This cigar has some of the spicy flavors like the larger cigars in this line, but I guess you cant get the smoothness and complexity with this blend in smaller ring guages. For a short power smoke I prefer the Joya de Nicaragua Machito.

"pass"
I've smoked a fair number in the CAO line and was disappointed with this one. Started off flat--tasteless--grew decent past the half but not enough to really distinguish the taste. Touch of spciness but overall lacking anything I'd come back for. Great burn though--nice long ash--just tight on the draw. Finished stronger but I was tired of it by then and gave up before finishing. Bummer.

"What a waste of money"
I got four of these in a CAO sampler package and was deeply disapointed. The first one I smoked was constructed terribly, the draw was extremely difficult and worst of all it actually canoed. Only one of the cigars didn't have the aformentioned flaws. Usually, CAO L'anniversaire are top-notch cigars but these aren't. I basically paid $20 for one good cigar (three were bad). For that price I could get a cuban or Padron anniversary.

"nice little cigar"
I love a tasty and strong corona. These look nice and have muscle. Lots of smoke from these little guys. I'm not sure the larger in this series would work for me . . .

"What a let-down"
I think whoever rolled this larry might have been smoking something other than cigars that day. I couldn't get a pull off of it and the ash kept falling on my lap. Flavor was great, but it just would not draw enough smoke to get the full effect. Hopefully this was a dud. I'll try again some time...but not some time soon.

"Cuban what's that?"
This cigar can make you forget Cuban cigars. The construction is top notch the wrapper is beautiful with a oily sheen and the complexity of flavor is awesome. The burn is crooked at times and needs touched up with the torch the draw on every 3rd or 4th one of these is a little hard. The quality of tabaco and taste make up for any construction flaws.

"Extreme"
This is in my top 2 cigars from the CAO line. Well, balanced with coffee and leather. Full bodied and consistant. Slight burn problems in the last inch and a half but an easy 8.5 out of ten. Worth a box purchase.

"Wonderfully smooth"
Beautiful box pressed corona. One of the smoothest cigars I've ever smoked. Excellent flavor, great burn, solid ash and lots of smoke. Can't say enough good things about these sticks. I got a great deal but they can get a little pricey. Ideal companion to a nice single malt scotch or a good brandy.
