"Fine upstanding stick"
Nothing wrong with this little guy. I'd say more, but for some reason everytime I try to write more than a line or two the DB won't accept my entry. What up T25C?

"Sign Me Up"
While not as good as the toro, the Signature Robusto is a very smooth cigar. I've smoked about three and found it somewhat inconsistent. The flavor varied on all three, but at all were at least above average. You can taste a nice coffee flavor with hints of chocolate and nuts.

"very nice"
Excellent construction and wrapper. Perfect draw and even burn. Outstanding semi sweet and sort of earthy and leathery flavor. Very smooth all the way through. No harshness at all near the end. Only negative is it was a bit too mild for my tastes.

"Superb"
I've had other Toranos and I usually see them in the plain but good cigar range. Not this one! This is the real deal by Torano. Solid construction, great armoa, nice look. This is what I look for in a cigar. Torano is not as expensive as some super premiums, which makes this an even better deal. Lots of smoke and a white/grey ash show the quality of this effort. Smooth flavors of oats and coffee. Really a great cigar that looks great in the humidor.

Mildly sweet with creamy mocha overtones. Perfect draw and construction with with an occasional uneven burn that recovers nicely. Best if stored a month or two in a well set up humidor.

"top of the pile"
This has become my staple smoke. I get boxes for my birthday. Excellent flavour, bit of sweetness, and lot's of strong tobacco. Any maduro lover will love this smoke. Beautiful construction, excellent draw. I actually find most Torano cigars to be the most consistently well made.

"One of my Ole Favorites"
By far one of my overall favorites. Very nice mizture of flavors. You'll want 2 in a row. Can sometimes burn uneven - but can be recovered. One of the best values around for this level of Maduro for 3.00 per.

"Very nice"
Nice dark wrapped cigar, a very nice wrapper. Pre-lit draw was good with some nutty flavors. It burned perfect. Nice medium body smoke. NO harshness. It was very smooth. Had some nice nutty and coffee flavors thruout the smoke. Slight sweetness snuch up. I love this smoke. I think i might have found my go to cigar!

Some semi-sweetness now with a smoother delivery of coffee and leather. A fine smoke but to me it's missing something. Solid medium plus body and flavor. I can see why this would be a favorite of many.

Great construction & flavor. A nice spice tone in the nose, some of my beloved barnyard is evident.......a thoroughly satisfying smoke. Med/full. After several days of less than satisfying experiences with some usually very nice smokes, I finally had a nice smoke.

"Favorite Non-cuban"
This is my top pick for a non-cuban cigar right now. I received 15 of the robusto size in a trade with a BOTL. They were in his humi for 2 years, and have been in mine for another year. The aging has really brought out those deep maduro flavors, and the wrapper literally oozes oils.

"Full & Bold"
A spicy full start from the dark, oily, toothy maduro wrapper offering a straight forward, never sweet, coffee flavor. Burns pretty well with a little uneveness. A very good smoke. Smoky, leathery flavors come in before the second inch and the spice becomes very noticeable on the tip of the tongue. Halfway in the spice fades and the flavors smooth out and blend together for a very satisfying finish. An hour to remember.

"straight forward pleaser"
It has the typical exemplary Torano characteristics - excellent construction, gorgeous wrapper, good burning characteristics. Unlike the Torano 1916 and Exodus, there was no pepper in the Signature. From start to finish, it was the same enjoyable earthy, medium body smoke. One-dimensional, but in a good way - the kind of smoke that's good while being occupied in a task or conversation. I'll be back for more.

"belongs in the top 25"
I let these age in my humi for 6 months.
Nice beautiful dark oily wrapper with few veins.
Well rolled stick, tight and light in the hand. Nice smooth draw, burns a bit uneven, but straightens itself out. Nice solid white ash.
Medium bodied smoke with full flavor. Woody with strong spice and some sweetness from the brazil wrapper. Pleasant aftertaste. Aroma was a crowd pleaser.
These are perfect all the way. Pairs well with a full bodied coffee, a dark ale, or a 12 year old scotch whiskey. A must for every humidor.

"Good, but Res. Selecta better"
This cigar was pretty good. Not great, but not bad. I liked the Reserva Selecta much more. The signature is stronger and has a Maduro wrapper. Tastes more like the regular Torano lines...medium bodied, mostly like coffee and a little chocolate. Burn was excellent (as is the case with most Toranos). Maybe slightly overpriced. Wasn't a harsh cigar, but it probably would be better with age. Try it if you like the other Toranos.

I love the Sig Perfectos so I had a robusto tonight. Actually I had two, the first was so bad that I went back to shop and bought another thinking the first was defective. They were the same. Harsh, bitter, chalky and unpleasant. I love the perfectos and was shocked at how nasty these were.

"mild? I don't think so..."
Based on the positive reviews here, maybe I got a bad stick, or it needs aging, or I'm just used to milder cigars--but this about made me cringe. A real bite compared to the Padrons I'm used to. I have a few more and will let them sit for a few months and try again...but will proceed with caution. Whew--now to the mouthwash. 🙂

"They don't get much better than this."
I purchased a box of the Signature Robustos after hearing good things about them from numerous people. Let me begin by saying this is a wonderful cigar. It looks beautiful, smokes perfect, and most of all it tastes great. It begins with a mild nutty taste for the first third, but after that it gets a dark chocolate/coffee flavor with just the right amount of spiciness that just keeps intensifying until the end.
