La Flor Dominicana Premium Maceo

I had high hopes for this cigar but so far I'm disappointed. This cigar has a fine appearance but the roll is very inconsistent. It felt loosley rolled but drew tight. Flavor was mild and bitter. Not much in smoke volume, and the wrapper cracked part of the way through. Had tree so far and had to ditch the last 2. That's a shame at this price. I'll let them cook for a while in the humi, there's lots of opportunity for improvement.

This cigar is wonderful. I cannot find anymore of these. Always a solid ash with a medium to lightg bodied cigar of wood and almonds. I cannot wait to get some more. If you see one grab it. I have not tried the maduro yet, but I will some day.
