The Punch Elite is simply a great smoke, especially for the price. Exquisite construction, excellent aroma, wonderful taste. It is a cigar that I did not want to come to an end.

"Solid Stogie"
Hard to find a weakness with this stick. Nice taste of nuts and salt with a hint of spice.
Fine alone or with a good "sippin whiskey" down on the river. The burn and draw were outstanding. I really couldn't ask much more from a $2.50 cigar.

"Good Smoke"
A little bitey in the beginning but then mellows about halfway through. I enjoyed the last third as it became smoother. Some earthy and spicy tones with a bit of a nutty taste. Mosstly the same tastes throughout. Flawless draw and burn. Good cigar for the price.

"Tasty"
Smoked one of these last night, the first maduro Punch I've had. Good notes of black pepper and wood, some cream in the middle. I smoked this one until the last inch. Good amounts of smoke, dark grey ash with good retention. Fairly even burn with excellent construction: nice oily wrapper and some thin veins. I would suggest this as a good conversation cigar, not too complex but decent, if somewhat one dimensional cigar.

"Good cheapo cigar"
I picked this up since I was looking for an inexpensive, medium robusto-sized cigar. Had a nice medium-loose draw, plenty of smoke, fairly even burn, and a nice spicy flavor. For the price, is an excellent value. I plan on picking up some more for when I go golfing.

"Actually Nice"
Nice Friday night drive from work with this little guy. Very smooth and smoked even. Got some spice at the end. Nothing special but would recommend to a non-smoker. I realize i got ripped off but it was buy 2 get one free.

"Not bad, and the price is right!"
For $2.50 this is a pretty good smoke. Simple, smooth, mild. Not something to sit down and really get into but a nice easy smoke. Doesn't offend.

"Herbal quality..."
I smoked this one back in '98, while home watching Letterman. As I recall it was a good, solid smoke with a strong herbal quality and a woody finish. Notes of toasted nuts on the palate. Pretty typical of a Punch cigar. Back then we were in some kind of Cigar Boom, b/c I paid $5.50 for this at a Crown Liquors Store. As, I see they are much less now.

"Solid Smoke"
This came highly recommended to me for an inexpensive standard smoke and I can see where they're coming from. Well-rounded, simple, pleasurable. It doesn't take many risks, but it doesn't disappoint either.

"Aged great!"
Smoother than a baby's butt with the same great flavors and strength Punch is famous for. I love'em. After 3 years of aging, a true premium.

"Good cigar"
Good cigar and very good value. I went to these after a brief stint with the London Clubs, pretty good but prefer the maduros to these. Very consistant with good burn and draw. Medium bodied with some spice.

"Ehh..."
I concur with WRCircle on how tight this cigar was. I tried to loosen it up but to no avail. Burned well, flavor was ok. Medium bodied, fairly smooth. Draw problem tarnished my whole experience.

"Too tight"
Nice looking, nice feel, but draw was way too tight, at least the one I smoked. Favor was okay, but hard to guage because of how hard it was to get any smoke out of the darn thing.

"Great cigar for the price..."
This cigar was a surprise to me considering the inexpensive price. It had good construction and very nice appearance. It was tightly wrapped but the draw was excellent. The body bordered on full and it had a spice and cedar flavor that was just right. The cigar burned evenly and seemed to last forever. The wrapper did split on the last 3/4 inch so I deducted a point on construcion otherwise an excellent value and great smoke.

"Say Hola to a Good Buy"
Old School Ruff 'n Ready Honduran at 1st. Then after a year of age developed into a great full bodied smoke w/ some complexity. Nice construction and wrapper. Better than some 'gars that cost much more.

"A good go to"
I used to smoke these a couple of years ago & had forgotten what a nice little cigar this is. Back in my "corona period" I smoked quite a few of these. A guy I met (thanks G!) sent me one of these in a sampler. I've gotten back to enjoying a corona again on occasion, after going from coronas, to lonsdales, to churchills, to robustos, which is where I am at now. Anyway, back to the cigar. Good solid construction & draws well. Medium to full bodied, with a nice spice tone & a hint of bubble gum in the nose. What was that bubble gum that used to come with the baseball cards?

"Short&sweet"
Full flavored small cigar. When you want the kick but are short on time this should be your go to cigar. Proof positive dynamite comes in small packages. Smokes big with leather and spice and the price ain't bad either.

"Cubans? Don't need no Stinkin Cubans!"
I've been smoking cigars for about 20+ years mostly crap (I didn't know!) About four years ago, I started smoking premo's regularly. This was one of the first box's I order because if the cheap price. After my 1st box I thought "This is what Cuban's should be" Great flavor. I order multy boxs at a time. FYI I buy Oscuro's

"an average cigar"
this cigar had a flavor that sort of reminded me of a cusano corojo, didn't really change too much, but would'nt be a bad every day or lawn mowing type cigar, price ain't bad either

"worth trying"
not great, but not at all bad either. started kind of bitey and a little too woody for my tastes but that fades after a few minutes. gets nice and mellow with strong draw and good flavor for the rest of the smoke. probably wont be a regular but i'm sure i will smoke this again.

"A winner"
Good flavor - nice fullbody without being harsh. Burned a little unevenly toward the end but other than that it was great. This is a great cigar for a moderate price.
