Taboo Connecticut Robusto

This review is on the Limited Reserve blend. Rates up there with the RP Connecticut, very similar in flavor to HdM Excalibur Epicure. Medium body. Consistent nutty, slightly sweet haylike flavor and a medium nic kick at the nub. Expensive @ $7, though.

I purchased the Taboo sampler and this is the first one I've smoked from it. The silky, Connecticut wrapper on this cigar is flawless and the cap is well made. Before lighting, it smells strongly like hay. The flavor is creamy and smooth. I had some hints of vanilla and earthiness. The draw was tight, but not overly so. The light gray ash held on tight. This is a great cigar and I look forward to trying more of Rob's cigars!
