St. Patty's Monster

1/2 pint(s) Guinness Beer 
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream 
1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

Mix the Bailey's and the whiskey in a shot glass, drop it in the Guinness, and chug.

The Happy Dick

1 Part Bushmills Whisky; 
1 Part Bailey's Irish Cream; 
1 Part Kahlua; 
1 Part Milk 

Blend over ice (Stir, don't shake)

Strain into Martini glasses and enjoy

Patrick's Cocaine Lady
1 part Vodka;  1 part Chambord;  1 part Kahlua; 2 parts milk.

Stir, add ice to taste and enjoy. Particularly good on those autumn evenings with a mild smoke.

Bat Bites

Bacardi silver rum,  pure cranberry juice,  fresh lime,  ice 

Add 2 1/2 oz rum to about 6 oz juice squeeze lime into glass ice it drink it

Colorado Bulldog
1 shot Vodka, 1 shot Kahlua, 6 ounces Milk and a splash of Cola.

Mix Vodka, Kahlua, and milk. Pour into a rocks glass and add a splash of Cola.  A bit thick for a summer drink, but I promise you'll fall in love with them.

Scarlett O'Hara
1 shot Southern Comfort Fill w/ Cranberry juice Squeeze of lime....

All smoke tastes great with this drink!

The Ultimate Bloody Mary
In a large pitcher:

A dusting of: fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder & celery salt.
One large can or bottle of V-8 (I prefer the low-sodium variety)
4 tsp. Kraft horseradish

To taste:

Worcestershire sauce
Steak sauce (A-1)
Hot sauce

Vodkas of choice are Absolute, Stolichnaya, or Moskovskaya Osobaya
Garnish with "Dilly Beans" (pickled dilled green beans) or celery stalk DO NOT add lime.

Jack Manhattan
2 oz Jack Daniels 
1 oz Sweet Vermouth dash of bitters

Shake over cracked ice and serve in a frozen martini glass with a cherry.

Bit's Manhattan 
1 1/2 oz. Wild Turkey 101 
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth 
Shake over ice and strain into your favorite Martini glass (mine is stainless steel). Add a cherry and a lemon peel twist.

Hos's Cubra Libre
In a frozen Pint Glass,
- Fill with Ice
- Add 3 Ounces Bacadi 1873 Solera
- Squeeze & add 1 lime wedge
- Fill with Coca-Cola

Waborita #3
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. triple sec
2 oz. cabo wabo tequila

Blast Off
1/2 Vodka
1/2 Gin
Your choice of fruit twist.

Top Gun

Fill Glass w/ice.
Dash of Vodka
Dash of Dark Rum
Dash of Coconut Rum
Dash of Southern Comfort
Dash of Peach Schnapps
Dash of Amaretto
Dash of Triple Sec
Fill with equal parts Orange and Cranberry Juice.

Shake.  (the drink not you.)

Pond Scum

Fill glass with ice.
2 oz. Vodka
Fill with soda water
Float 1/4 oz. Irish Cream on top.

Brave Bull (El Toro Bravo)

Over ice, mix one shot of Kaluha, and one shot of Cuervo Gold Tequilla. 

Sit back, sip, and relax. Two of these with a good cigar makes life good.

A&W Ice

3/4 glass of A&W Cream soda 
Mix in 1/4 glass of vodka, place in freezer till ice starts to form (think slushy).

Heavy cigars are not good with this drink.

Dod Savior

One big mug of hazelnut coffee; One or two ounces of any dark rum; One dash cinnamon.

 Sit back fire up your favorite stogie and mellow out!

Purple MF

Equal parts of Grenadine,  Amaretto,  Blue Curacao,  Rum,  Triple Sec, and a small amount of Orange Juice & Seltzer

Corona Limona
Buy Bottles of Corona, 1 bottle of Barcardi Rum (Limon) pour a shot or half a shot into the Corona (May need to take a drink first) Put thumb on bottle and turn upside down to mix. Slowly take your thumb off. Sit back, relax, and smoke!

Winter Heat
2 parts of a fine cognac 1 part Sambuca

Warm slightly on brandy warmer or for a short time on your Mr. Coffee warmer. Very aromatic, warm and soothing. Great in the winter with a stogie!

Whiskey Stout
2 ounces of whiskey, 1 ounce of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup. The mixture is shaken with ice.

Mark's Lemon Drop

On a stainless steel cocktail shaker add:

Crushed Ice 
Juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons 
Three teaspoons of sugar 
Three ounces of Absolut 
Shake vigorously until shaker is frosted 
Strain in shot glass(es)

Disaronna & Water
Fill glass with ice 
Add 2 parts Disaronno amaretto 
1 part premium spring water

Vary portions to taste

Scotch and Existential Euphoria
1. Open up a bottle of Macallan 18, Ardbeg 17, or Lagavulin 16.
2. Pour into a double old-fashioned glass.
3. Sit down (with glass) in a comfy chair.
4. Lift glass to nose.
5. Smell (breathe in through mouth and nose).
6. Put glass down.
7. Lift glass to nose again.
8. Repeat step 5.
9. Close eyes and contemplate the labours that went into the making of this splendid spirit.
10. Sip.
11. Let the flavour wash over you.
12. Offer a prayer of thanksgiving for allowing this experience to be. Kiss your wife. Hug your kids. Call your mom. Visit Scotland. Paint. Sculpt. Take up a new hobby. Enjoy the fullness of your existence.

Ricks Stick (Licorice)
Finlandia Vodka ... 3 OZ
A splash of Sambuca
Shake with ice and serve in chilled glass Straight up.  Cut A small black licorice stick for garnish.

Maduro Madness
2 Oz Meyers Dark
Juice of 1/2 lime
fill with orange juice

Classic Meyers and Pineapple
2oz Meyers Dark
fill with pineapple juice
(Good with a nice Dominican w/a light wrapper.)
