While I am a big Houston fan, why doesn't the RTDA have this puppy in Vegas every year? I think it's a safe bet attendance is up. There is a heckuva a lot more to do, and well, it is Vegas. The inbox is already filling up with information on new products. Some of the most interesting, and cigars we're looking to try while we are down here are listed below. We'll try and post individual cigar reviews while we attend in the Top25Cigar Blog. Stadivarius from General Cigar - This sounds like trouble. If it is named after a heirloom line of violins, can if have anything other than an heirloom pricetag? The Stradivarius Robusto Major is slated to be a lovely $32 per cigar. Master Daniel Nunez blended these cigars and wrapped them in 15 year old Connecticut wrapper. For 32 bucks, that wrapper better give me a full days supply of vitamin C at the same time. Hope it's the cigar it claims to be. Camacho 1962 - More aged tobacco in a new cigar. This time Camacho uses 3rd Priming Habano-seed Criollo for the 1962 line. This line has some reasonable prices. San Christobal from Ashton - Another knock off name from a Cuban brand. I'm not sure Ashton need to go there with a cigar made by cigar legend Don Pepin Garcia. We are very much looking forward to this cigar. The AVO 787 is coming out, not sure what the blend will be, but look forward to this new cigar from legendary cigar man Avo Uvezian. Nick Perdomo dreams of someday making cigars back in Cuba. That dream is inspiration for the new Perdomo Habano. The Perdomo Habano is to be a complex cigar using using all Nicaraguan tobacco. Cuban Imports will debut the El Rey Del Mundo Olivadados. Blended by Estelo Padron protégés Edwin Guevara, Marco Lean and Ramon Bueso, El Rey del Mundo Olivadados is comprised of deeply aged Nicaraguan ligero, Honduran viso and Dominican seco filler tobaccos.
