Nashville, November 7, 2007: CAO, one of the world’s foremost premium cigar manufacturers, announced today that it has finalized restructuring of the Company’s marketing department with the appointment of Mike Conder to Senior Vice President Marketing and the addition of a new Lifestyle position. A 20-year veteran of the premium cigar industry, Conder previously served as a consultant to CAO and has a distinguished resume that includes tenure as Vice President of Sales at General Cigar Co. CAO marketing guru Jon Huber will assume the position of Director of Lifestyle Marketing and will work in close tandem with Creative Media Manager Michael Trebing. “I believe that the new structure and redefined responsibilities will allow the skills and abilities of very talented members of the CAO team to be even better utilized,” remarked CAO President Tim Ozgener. CAO Chairman Gary Hyams added, “This restructure completes a process to position our marketing department as a progressive, cutting-edge division of CAO designed to better address the changing demands of not only U.S. consumers, but of our global customer base in what continues to be a highly competitive market.” CAO’s newest launch, “America,” recently became CAO’s tenth brand to receive a ‘90’ rating (“OUTSTANDING”) in the October 9 edition of Cigar Insider and was also the ‘Featured Cigar’ of the issue.
