"Anejo #46"
Out of all the sizes of Anejo, the 46 has the best flavor and depth.

"Sweet Goodness"
First off, this cigar had fantastic presentation with the red ribbon and cedar wrapper removed revealing a beautiful maduro 46 x 5 beneath. Prelight sweet pepper. Post light a little harshness on the first few puffs, then sweet cocoa and pepper thereafter. Perfect burn to the nub. Worth $10.

"One of the BEST!"
AF Anejo is one of best sticks I've had the opportunity to light. While it was a bit pricey for my taste (at $12.50 from my local B&M), it earned every penny of it. One of the few sticks I will risk burns on my finger tips to enjoy every last puff. Few smokes are a 10 for me, this one gets very close.

"My favorite Anejo"
As the title says, my favorite Fuente cigar. The one I smoked on New Years came from a box from X-Mas '06; construction was fabulous. Taste was a little bitter for the first few moments, but quickly calmed down into a cocoa fest. The burn was spot-on perfect; stayed straight and true throughout the 100 minutes spent on this stick. A great smoking experience.

"good cigar but too expensive"
I couldn't believe this little cigar lasted me 2.75 hours. Very well constructed and attractive, the draw was a bit tight initially but after a few puffs, turned out fine. First third-good tobacco taste, second third-increasing spice and nutty flavors, last third-all flavors intensified and it was great! The wrapper didn't keep up on a couple of occasions and a quick touch-up kept the burn perfect. A great cigar but doesn't have a good "bang for the buck" factor. I have other regulars that I smoke that cost 1/3 of these that I like almost as much.

"Very nice smoke"
Not the prettiest smoke ive seen. Nice solid and firm feel. Burn was great, near flawless all the way down. TONS of smoke from such a small cigar. Fantastic draw as well. Nice smooth flavor. One of the smoothest cigars ive had in a while. The flavor was really good but not too complex. Pretty good overall smoke.

"Wow!"
Tonight while at a dart/herf with my boys at the American Legion I smoked this lucious beauty. 55/8 x 46 with an oily USA/Conn wrapper, Dominican filler and binder. As most of you know the tobacco was aged in oak cognac barrels which gives this smoke an incredibly high rating amongst most of cigar lovers. IMO I must say this is better then any Opus X. I unleashed this stick from her celophane wrapper and handled and smelled her; it was like being in cigar heaven. These smokes have been known to get mold and when I peeled of the cedar sleeve I was scared. I thought I had mold, but through further inspection it was plume. I have seen plume on several cigars over the years, but never on an AF Anejo. Have any of you? The construction was razor sharp with an incredible ash. I enjoyed her for well over an hour as my buddies drooled . It was medium to full body with complex flavors of wood, leather and semi-sweet chocolate. Yeah I burned my fingers trying to take advantage of this cigar. I highly recommend this cigar!!!

"GREAT!"
Taste, aroma, burn and draw excellent. One slight burn correction is the only thing that will keep me from giving this a perfect 10.
Leather, coffee, orange peel and black cherry notes. Aged maduro wrapper imparts slight sweetness.Spicy, evolving and not harsh.Long grey ash that clung to cigar.Full bodied but not overpowering and an incredible long finish. IMO worth whatever you have to pay for it.

"Great Smoke!"
Another winner from Fuente. I actually enjoyed this over the OpusX for my taste. The dark, oily, rustic looking wrapper was intimidating, with a firm pack and sweet, leathery pre-light aroma. Excellent draw and tight white ash, strong but smooth flavors of leather, wood, dark chocolate, pepper and spice throughout. Definitely not for the light to medium cigar crowd, but a cigar I found to be absolutely delicious!

Like the title says, I found this to be a little harsh, didnt burn even, maybe got a bad one? The wrapper and construction and draw were nice however. Have a couple more in the Humidor, try another later.

"Fuente never goes wrong"
Another outstanding Anejo, this is the third size I've tried, and it stood right there amongst the best NCs. Perfect draw and burn, complex flavors that varied from spicy to sweet (even got a comment from a woman at the bar about how nice it smelled), another outstanding smoke...wish I could find more at MSRP!

This was a mighty fine cigar. It has a fantastic draw, was a great compliment to my early morning drink, and did not dissapoint at all. The burn was near flawless, and it pained me to put it out. I could smoke this for years and years and never get tired of it.

"Nice and spicy"
This was a very spicy cigar. It had a very Jalepeno, leather, peppery spicy taste. It was pretty full bodied with billows of smoke. It was a little more full than I usually prefer, but it was a good smoke. The burn was great and so was the draw. I would recommend this for the fuller-bodied smokers. It was never harsh. I would pretty much agree with all of the reviews with nothing really add.

"An acquired taste"
Before I lit this baby up I cut the end and had it in my mouth for 5 to 10 minutes and I could tell it was going to be a strong cigar. I actually prefer a more robust smoke so right away I knew I was going to enjoy this baby and I wasn't wrong. As other reviewers have mentioned, the ash is very solid on this guy. The draw is smooth and slightly tight and the construction was excellent. The only downside I found was I thought that there was a little too much of a leathery taste.

"Excellent Anejo at an Excellent Price"
Non-cigar smokers do not understand that 2.5 inches of ash on a cigar shows good tobacco, but I did get to demonstrate that with some friends the other night. This is a common situation with these cigars, because they re made of great tobacco, and the Fuente boys have done great once again with the #46.
----- Smaller than the #77's, but that does have it's benefits. ----- Excellent burn is always the case, and the flavor that these pack is impressive. ----- You just can't go wrong with this cigar, and you can hardly beat the price.

"Good but not great"
Great construction dark wrapper with small veins and no spots. Complex flavor that was consistant through the entire smoke. Tight draw as it is packed. I don't think that this rates as well as other cigars and am learning that Fuente limited production and marketing have mor to do with this accolades than what the cigar delivers on its own.

Beautiful shiny thick maduro wrapper. Looks like it would age wonderfully. Good and smooth draw though flavor was a bit intense for my tastes though some box age might make it awesome. Had some hints of something I couldn't quite figure out like fruit or wine. PS. 1st ed.
