"New to Arturo Fuente"
My first cigars ever were in Cancun just a month ago. Never even smoked anything in my life before that. I bought all Cuban Montecristo, Romeo & Julieta and Cohiba. I was hooked after that. Cuban's are a lot cheaper in Mexico so after smuggeling in the Cubans and finishing them off in my home land I wanted more but there was no way I was going to be able to afford real Cubans again. Well I did some research and got a box of these. I have to say I really like them and in a lot of ways I like them better than the cubans I smoked. Mainly the construction, it was quite a bit better on these and didn't come undone. Some of the Montecristo's did this. Out of the 3 cubans my fav was an extremely full bodied Romeo Julieta that made me so high my sinuses was flooding mucus so badly I was was a little concerned.....really strange. Anyways, the feel and construction are flawless on these Fuente's. Lots of smoke and great taste. I think I like the taste of the Cohiba and Romeo & Julietas maybe a wee better due to the hint of Coco and sweeter taste. This Fuente is more spicy and leathery and medium to full body. I have a Padron 40th Anni 1926 and Fuente Hemmingway Best Seller coming in this week, so I'm anxious to see how they compare.

"Not bad"
I am fairly new to cigar smoking, but overall I liked this cigar. I made the mistake of taking a chewable vitamin C right before I lit it up and that kind of messed up the taste. Also I had to relight it three times

"Run of the mill"
Flawless construction and burn. Flavor was nothing to rave about, spicey but not enough to make you take notice. There are other smokes out there that match up to the Cuban Corona, but they cost less. Won't rush out to get more of these.

"dull"
Dry and toothy with a small tear in the wrapper that was obscured by the band. Burn was slow and straight. Woody, mild and polite. A little caramel works its way in around halfway. Short finish. Strictly morning fare, though there are more interesting choices for the role.

"great little cigar"
Tried this cigar for around 3 bucks, and i loved it. It started off with a strong citrus flavor, that mellowed out into, a light, spicy wood taste. For such a cheap cigar, it was a great buy, and one of my favorites in the price range.

"Enjoyed this cigar"
A friend gave me this about 3 years ago. It has sat in the humidor for all that time alone and forgotten. On a particularly nice spring day a week or so ago, I decided to see what this gift had to offer. Although on the mellow side for my tastes, this cigar was really a wonderful surprise. It’s very smooth, a little pepper and creamy. Put those together and you have a super combination. The burn was perfect…never needed a touch-up and the ash was solid white/gray. I have a hard time finding fault the first time in the saddle. This will quickly be replaced in my humi and hopefully will be enjoyed as much as the fist one.

"Nothing"
I was quite surprised with this cigar. Normally I don't care for Fuentes or Cameroon tobacco, but I did enjoy this smoke. (By the way, the wrapper, which was dark and veiny, did not look Cameroon, but I'll trust the information above). It was medium bodied with flavors of toasty popcorn (?) and wood. The construction was perfect - great draw and a razor sharp burn. In short, pretty good. It’s also nice to finally find a Fuente that I was happy to have smoked!

"Good smoke"
I received a box of these as a gift. At first sight they look kind of weird with the flared foot. UI almost thought they were made by as second level roller. Anyway, after I got over the shapre I cut one and lit up. It lit well and had good white firm ash, the draw took a little work as I had to puff extra hard. It gave good smoke and had a notes of spice and cedar. The taste was consistant from start to finish. It had good construction and I would buy some more maybe not a whole box. Fuente has better sticks on the market(but you can't look a gift horse in the mouth).

"Summer's in Full Swing"
Bought this at the overpriced local shop a few months ago. Didn’t notice until I got it home it had a funny flared out foot on it like a warped trumpet. I put the wife to bed and then went out to oversee the sprinklers on the Chicken Hill. It lit fine and burned well but the draw was hard. For such a little dude, I had to dig in my heels to pull the smoke out of it. I got some exercise anyway. Its flavor was pleasant, woody and spice. Didn’t change much, but I was happy with what it presented. Not bad at all, and I wasn’t disappointed that it put me to bed an hour late last night.

"Shocking"
Okay, I'm not a big Fuente fan. I admit it. But I know they are consistent and I had an hour drive so I picked up one of these to enjoy as I went on my little trip. (I was then caught in a traffic jam, but that is another story!)

Beautiful presentation - nice medium brown wrapper with a great cap. Easy to cut and to light. Tons of smoke! Solid ash throughout the smoke.

Surprisingly complex as the flavor started out almost mild and as the burn went on it turned spicy and increased in strength.

I was amazed at this beauty and will have to rethink my entire opinion of the Fuentes! Highly recomended!

"Not too shabby"
Usually a maduro smoker, but this was a pretty good cameroon wrapped cigar. Creamy, slightly sweet, and several aspects/dimensions of taste. You gotta love a cigar that makes you try to pinpoint what you're smoking w/ each puff. Burned very evenly, ash was not too great though. Would def try again.

"let ' em age"
The cuban belicoso is another hard to get Fuente. When you do get some let them age for a few months. I recently smoked one with a year's age on it. The flavor was balanced with cocoa and spice. Very strong aroma. Don't smoke more than one indoors. The only drawback is the flaky ash.

"Cruise ship offering"
Purchased this cigar from the gift shop on a Royal Carribean ship. Their selection was limited, but this turned out to be a good smoke. The construction was good and it burned evenly all the way to the band. The draw was smooth and after about a half inch or so, the flavor changed to slightly sweet and somewhat creamy. There were several different tastes, which resulted in a satisfying experience.

"Not bad...."
These are nice sized, good looking cigars. They were somewhat spongy feeling but on smoking did not appear underfilled. Burn and draw were problem free, taste was mild. Held on ash very well, even when smoked in a car. Milder than I like to smoke - they didn't get harsh in the last third.
