Arturo Fuente Spanish Lonsdale (M)

This cigar, from what I've read from others, was a poor representation of this brand. The wrapper had a number of veins and looked like it was torn and reglued during wrapping (it was a gift, not my choice). The draw was very tight and did not open up. I ended leaving it after just over 2/3rds was burned. I'll chalk this one up as a write-off and try another one next time I visit the store.

This was perhaps the most mediocre Fuente I've had. Mild and smooth, the cigar burned well and was satisfying, but it's not a flagship for the brand.

Was gifted one of these about a year ago, so the age is unkown, but at least a year old. Nice looking, dark maduro wrapper. The cocoa.earth flavor was consistant through the cigar. While the draw was not tight, this cigar never gave up a lot of smoke until near the end. The burn was a little off in spots, the ash was tight and white. I'm not really a lonsdale fan, but I would try another size in this line.

Great smoke w/ mild hint of cocoa. Usually a good burn with a nice white ash.
