"Confused"
Thought I'd try one. Sat in a quiet corner of my local bar, fired it up, felt like one of the three kings. The aroma was like frankincence! Five minuets later it all went wrong, big time! It kept on side burning so it tasted bad, despite working very hard to try to keep this rather expencive stick burning evenly, it was not happening. I know this one has a reputation of being a very good mild smooth smoke, and I so wanted to enjoy it as I have time to smoke with my morning coffee, but it was a bad smoke even for a dollar, let alone the $7 I paid! Maybe I had a bad one, but as a rule if I try one and it's THAT BAD I won't be trying another. Three kings to three stooges. Very dissapointed.

"I dare say smashing old boy"
Lit this one up for brunch out on the porch. I say. A very nice looking cigar. I felt, how should I say, regal? Tippled a black coffee and watched the flora and fauna in the yard. Read the New Yorker. It burned well and tasted gentle, maybe a little too mild for my developing taste buds, yes. It went out halfway in, and in my drat haste to relight it I dropped it. Curses. Oh dread. A crack went up the wrapper for about an inch. Relit it. Watched it. Burned through just fine. God bless the Queen. Carry on. A dapper stick indeed.

"Expensive but solid"
Although I'm not a fan of mild cigars, I could appreciate this stick. Smooth mild creaminess. Consistent draw and flavor throughout. If it weren't for the price, I would highly reccommend this stick to all those who like mild cigars.

"very mild"
This is about a mild as it ever gets. As a result there isn't much flavor here as you might expect from a very mild cigar. Some people really like that however. I perfer lots of complex taste in my cigars and this cigar does not deliver that. The Cabinet selection does a better job in that department, and the VSG if you want to get a major buzz.
However the wrapper is a nice Conn. shade and typically good Ashton construction. This is a cigar of mild smokers only.

"Excellent"
An excellent mild-medium bodied smoke. Well made, with a perfect draw and even burn. It was pretty much mild except for the last quarter, when it got a little spice. Excellent golf course cigar. Very smooth and creamy. I was very satisfied with this cigar.

"Nice, mild"
This one is a bit too mild for my taste, though it would be an excellent morning / breakfast cigar. Good burn, draw was a tad tight but very smokable. Creamy flavors with a hint of coffee. A perfect choice for a smoker who prefers a mild cigar with slight coffee flavors.

"creamy and consistent"
If they were cheaper i'd smoke more.. you're tempted to inhale. If you've got a friend you want to introduce to cigars, this is a good choice.

"Ole Faithful"
Ashton just always stays consistent on construction and flavor. Nice, free draw. This was the second cigar I smoked after starting, and I can always go back to it if I want to get a bad cigar taste out of my mind (and mouth). Pricey in a cigar shop, but cheaper if you buy from JR online. I would buy them by the box, as they are consistently good, and cheaper that way. Good cigar for beginners who are looking to expand the tastes their palate recognizes.

"THE KING"
This cigar, without a doubt, is a world class smoke. I've smoked about 20 of these, and they are always great. (STAY AWAY FROM THE MADUROS THOUGH!) THe best mild to medium smoke, without a doubt, and one of my top 3 cigars. You can't loose with this smoke, even at 7 to 8 bucks a stick.

"one of the best!"
I have taken this cigar on as my favorite. Nice and mild to med from start to finish. A little pricey but well worth the money if you can keep them down to once a week or on special occasion

"I've had better"
This wasn't what I'd call "bad" but the Avo cigars of this style and flavor are better sticks in my opinion. More 'taste' in the mild and cool department and a less squiggly ash would be better.

"Mild..."
Extremely mild ceegar. 🙂 Not to sure about the cost was worth it. I guess it was one that I would enjoy if I want something to be NON-offensive. 😛

"Nice"
This was my first Ashton. I really enjoyed the first 2/3's of this cigar, but the final 1/3 became kind of harsh. I'd love to smoke a few more but they are a little pricey.

A mild, smooth flavored, touch of fruit
cigar to relax without the wine or cognac. Just kicked back and watched the Florida sunset with this fine smoke. Was my 1st. Ashton but not my last.
