"powerful bolivar"
Beautiful in appearance, with a colorado wrapper. Pre light draw is excellent. After lighting, billows of smoke produce complex, powerful, woodsy and leathery aromas of the typical Bolivar range but much more pronounced. Two out of four cigars were slightly underfilled towards the end and I had to relight them. Seasoned cuban cigar smokers will love these cigars

"Smoothness is the name of the game"
I think I bought it in Antibes, France. No surprise, as it is a French Regional Edition. Smoked the other day at the end of a wedding lunch. Just one word: smooooth. This beautiful big thing is un utterly balanced cigar, with great flavours (not so black chocolate, coffee), all spendidly blended together to give a supreme palatal pleasure. Burns well and looks very good too. Price is high in Europe, but it's worth it. Once in a while, as good as it looks.

"In the Sublimes footsteps...."
This cigar is big! sitting next to a sublime it is the same size, massive really, and with a more reddish wrapper also thinner then the Sublime as it is not from the top of the leaf.
All that is said becausei couldnt help but compare it to the Cohiba because of its size. It performed really well, keeping age inmind overall. The summer box code makes this about a year to young to really dig into but considering how close it was in personality and balance (to the sublime) i imagine aging on this could produce one of the best Bolivars in many years.
