"used to be good..."
When these first came out they'd put a sumo wrestler to sleep... now not so much... construction is an issue but the bigger issue is the missing flavor which these used to have tons of...

"loose draw"
I have no idea how this cigar tastes. The draw was incredibly loose, which may even be worse than a slightly plugged stick. Lots of aromatic smoke, which was nice, but that's about all I can say.

"Strong, average"
This cigar started out very harsh and bitter, but after the first third, some nice flavors came out. Very strong, burn was uneven but I smoked it in the hot tub, so that may have been my own fault!

"Dark and Somewhat Harsh"
A harsh beginning made me want to stop, but I am glad I continued as the middle had a variety of flavors. Very strong, and slightly uneven burn for me, was the type of pain you enjoy.

"Powerful"
I was a little surprised by all the comment claiming uneven burn issues. Mine burned straight as arrow all the way, never even thought about touching it up.
Camachos are definitely not for the faint of heart. I really liked this cigar though. It was good kind of strong, not an avalanche, just smooth, powerful tobacco flavor. I'm buying more of these.

"Settling down."
The strength ovewhelms the flavor for most of the first inch, then the flavor begins to evolve and the smoke smoothes out. Don't look for nuances and complexity just enjoy the full flavor and fuller body. If you want a man's cigar this is it. I will qualify my 8 flavor rating due to the fact that I really like strong cigars.

"gorgeous looking"
Nice draw, nice aroma, great looks, expected
a little more in the flavor department, strong,
definitely one dimenisonal, loose grey ash uneven burn, tossed the last third, lit up a
Phatash Camaroon...much more taste and
body.

"Not as good as the Corojo"
Similar flavor to the Camacho Corojo, powerful but smooth. But I prefer the Corojo's flavor AND price. That said, these are fine smokes and not for wusses. Makes the RP Edge look like a Macanudo.

"Really great and not for women or kids"
I hac the Perfecto #1. The cigar reminds me of the very best of Mexican cigars of about forty years ago, except it is strong, without heaviness. As far as I am concerned it is the best cigar that a North American who is not a relative of a cigar making family can legally buy.

"great flavor, bad burn"
Pre-light draw was very spicy & strong, took me by surprise and coughed a little. Draw felt a little too easy. Very flavorful cigar with notes a black spice, and very nice scent. Medium to full body, lots of smoke produced. The only drawback was the uneven burn. I had to adjust and maintain it countless times. If it wasn’t for this problem I would have given it an 8 or 9.

"Maybe it was just me, but...."
I found this cigar to be terrible. One of the few I have smoked that I did not finish. An attractive stick, things started off promisingly. But they went downhill fast. It was hard to get an even light, and then it would not stay lit and burned unevenly. The favor was very harsh and bitter. Not strong, but just plain harsh and biting. I like spicy food, and I like some spicy hot food. But I do not like just plain hot food without any real flavor. That's what this cigar was like. Your mileage may vary.

"awesome power"
this one took me by suprise, i usually smoke tatuaje's, padilla's and anything else pepin makes as well as the camacho corojo. i lit this up and i felt a little green right away, wow, very powerful, spicy and peppery. this is a puro, all tabacco comes from the camacho owned coyolar farm. very good construction, great burn and draw (easy draw) definatly for experienced smokers. i havent had an opus x in a while but i imagine the coyolar is about the same strength

"YUMMY"
I love the entire line of Camacho and this is one of my favorites. Very tasty but not for weaklings.

"missle-lock"
I do not understand the criticism of this being somewhat of a one dimensional cigar. After all, the tobacco is all from one farm, right? A cruise missile is also one dimensional too..........right to the target! This line is dark, full, strong, and has power! No apologies.

"Hints of Havana"
When I first tasted this cigar I knew I wanted a box right away. Then before I reached an inch I thought maybe I should unhand the mouse and finish the cigar before ordering. You could swear at times you were smoking a Habano and at others you were smoking charcoaled tree bark. I think I may still buy a box, but let them rest at least a year. Burn wasn't great either.

"Great Taste - Uneven burn"
Full flavor cigar that has nothing to envy habana. The only problem is that no matter what I try, it burns unvenly.

"nasty"
If all cigars tasted like this, I would not smoke. Muddy and harsh to my palate, I couldn't smoke the last 3 inches, try though I might. Love the corojos, but not these.

"A great Cigar!"
This is a great full strength cigar. The build is excellant, the flavor is great, and it can only be summed up as a great cigar. I like the other Camacho's as well, and they have hit a home run with this one too!

"It has a place,"
but I don't think it's in my humidor. It was pretty one dimensional - kind of like the Partagas Black. Not a bad flavor, just not a lot of it in my opinion. Don't get my wrong, I am a huge Camacho fan - I guess I was a little dissappointed. "Hold me mommy." Anyway - this is still a good smoke, I just can't rate it as high as the Corojo or Havana.

"black pepper"
Good looking cigar. The wrapper is a little fragile and can crack if not careful. The draw is easy and provides plenty of smoke. The burn is even and the tase is strong of black pepper. Not overly powerfull but a medium to full body/strength cigar.

"camacho is back!"
I was so glad that camacho developed this cigar. I love this new flavor from a great company. Starts out very smooth and progresses to a nice spicy cigar. Its an well constructed addition to the camacho line. Thanks Christian!
