"All about appearances"
First let me say that this is the most solid box I have ever seen cigars come in that did not cost 200.00 or more. The cigars themselves are a bit light and airy. Most camachos I have had were very solid and slower burning than this. The flavors are excellent though with a smoothness hard to find in the under ten dollar ball park. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a speacial occasion cigar for an everyday price, or for the person who collects cool boxes.

"Fantastic Value"
JR recently had this cigar on sale for less than $2 a stick. I cannot think of a better cigar for the price.

"Too bad they are gone!"
JR unloaded all of these. I got one of the last boxes. They need to rest a few weeks at least. Out of the box, this was too powerful for me... mellowed after a bit. Great construction and draw. Burns slow but good. A long, good smoke. Each one is better than the last.

"1/2 off is a good price"
Received the box from jr's wkly special ... around $55, plus shipping. Maybe the cool box can be resold on e-bay, who knows?

Nice solid cigar, very good draw and construction. The burn was a little uneven and varied not more than 1/2 inch throughout, but it didn't need any touch-ups.

Med-bold strength wasn't overwhelming at all and the rich flavors were very well blended and mellow. The taste was good and not bitter at all, but a bit grassy in the 1st 3rd. It surprisingly evolved into a richly gratifying 45+ minute experience. I even smoked it down to the nub, which I don't usually do with cigars. Being fresh out of the box, I also suspect these pups will improve with age.

I personally likes this stick a lot. Maybe the 1/2 price deal helped a lot too, but overall it was most enjoyable. Even at full price, I might got for another box of these, but it's way better when they're half price.

"nice smoke"
If you have the time a great smoke for the price. Starts off a bit slow but after 3-4 inches it is a pleasure with spice and pepper worth the price for sure

"God as my Witness that's a Nice Ash!"
A friend gave me one of these on New Years Eve, 2006 and I had it stored in my humidor until I smoked it while sitting outside by a backyard campfire last week. I was surprised with the great flavor, easy draw, and the ash that wouldn't fall off! The smoke was medium to full bodied and tasted like espresso. I bought a box at JR's for only $108 and they gave me 5 extra for free. The first one I smiked out of the box (the box is beautiful by the way) tasted a little young so age them a few months in your humidor. A nice deal.

"Smoooooth"
I agree with Ashman, it's a great "medium-fullbodied" smoke and has no harshnes what so ever. Call me crazy but I pick up hints of pepermint along with the smooth tobacco taste. 5 Vegas "A" and these cigars are my AFFORDABLE favorites. Cheapo me just wishes they were better "discounted", highly recommended.

"I dunno 'bout that"
I love Camacho. But what were they thinking with this blend? I think it tasted like yound, under fermented tobacco. Grassy and a bit harsh, ny buddy said he had it sleeping for 6 months. Hopefully it was a bum stick. Approach with caution.

"K Hansotia take notice!"
Ghurka X-Fuerte blah. Camacho Negro splendid! A med-full flavorful maduro that smokes clean and pure with no nonsense, in your face flavor and strength. Wish I had bought two boxes of these and stayed away from the X- Fuerte.

"Strong one"
This was a deep dark maduro with more spice than I am used to. The power here reminded me of Punch cigars. Still, a very good smoke in a handsome box. The price is just about right too.

"Wonderful!"
This is one of my favorites! As a fan of all things Camacho, I bought a box without trying them first. They are a bit dry (which I'm sure has more to do with storage than the rolling process), so they tend to burn a bit fast. Still, this is a complex, medium-full bodied cigar that never gets hots. You'll notice spice, chocolate and espresso notes. Also (and I'm not kidding here) a hint of beef jerky. This stick lasts about 90 minutes, and I routinely emply them to help pass the time on long drives. Definitely try these!

"Excellant Cigar!"
I just smoked my first, right out of the box. This is a very well constructed box-pressed, dark, oily, meduim-full, very flavorable cigar! It burned perfectly, and I didn't want to stop after smoking 6" of this 7" beauty.
