"Good, but Needs a Better Name"
You'd think with the name Mosaic, this cigar would be more complex. Let's face it, they name them to sell. Well this cigar has a nice spicy flavor, with some cedar and hints of vanilla. I didn't taste nearly as much vanilla with this one as the one I reviewed about 15 months ago. Anyway, the "Mosaic" goes well with a beer or other adult beverage. Personally, I think a name like "Pepper" or better yet the "CAO Black Prince". Oh well I won't quit my day job. Bottom line, a good cigar, but nothing exceptional.

"Inconsistent"
I love CAO and the first Black that I had was perfect. Smooth, and very tasty. Even burn and remained in tact. The second and third ones that I had fell apart as soon as I started smoking them. Peeled off the wrapper and then were perfect and stayed together, but it was weird to have them fall apart like that- never happened to me with a CAO before.

"Needs more smoke!"
I loved the feel and flavor of this cigar. Very smooth and no aftertaste. However, the draw was a bit tight...that interferes with my numero uno criteria, the smoke! I will let them age a little then try again, with more smoke these are true gems.

"Not a bad cigar"
A decent smoke, above average in most respects, but did have burn irregularities throughout.

"Nice Spice and Killa Vanilla!"
I practically met the mail to smoke this CAO Mosaic, so age will probably make it better, though I've had a few cigars that defy that rule. The Mosaic is well constructed and attractive so it lives up to the CAO name. The flavor while good is not great. It tastes spicy with about the right hint of vanilla. I think it would be good with a brew. For the three bucks I paid on C-bid I felt the money was well spent.

"Pretty Good"
40 degrees in Mpls today and time for a puff. Paid $13 for a five pack on cigarbid for these and smoked with a glass of Antiquary 12 year with a few ice cubes. Had trouble lighting the stick because of a little breeze and a sucky lighter. The construction made up for this by evening out the burn all around quickly. Ash fell of the stick every inch and was a nice off white color. First few puffs had a nice spice and sweet flavor that turn creamy with a hint of leather. The leather taste did not over power the creamy smooth taste. After the second inch the flavor lost its creaminess and turned to mostly leather. A sip of Antiquary offset the leather taste and let the creaminess back on the palate. Over all a mild cigar that didn’t leave a bitter taste on the palate. I tend to like mine a bit spicier though.

"Best Lonsdale i've had"
I usually dont like long shinny smokes, they just don't seen to have the flavor I want but this one is different. I've had 5 now and enjoy them a lot. Excellent construction, solid and smooth. The flavor is very creamy with spice adn nuts and a touch of vinilla in it. Beautiful to look at and better to smoke.
