"A good CAO"
So far i've smoke about a dozen of these and have found them to be very consistant and enjoyable. Great construction and burn with a good ash. Nice and firmly rolled. THis cigar is a pleasure to smoke. It's creamyh and smooth with a hint of cocoa and sweetness.

"I think it tasted good"
Great looking, black Maduro from CAO. The only flavors I noticed were a bit of toasted cedar and chocolate, and a bit of sweetness. I couldn't taste much though, because I was sucking like crazy on the thing to get any smoke at all. Overall, I'm pretty sceptical that this thing went through CAO's "draw tester", because, at 62 % humidity, it was pretty much plugged. So, in summary...good smoke, I think, if you get one you could actually smoke, but the construction on mine sucked.

"Amazing ash!"
I bought a 5-pack of these for 19.00. I felt it was a steal and I bought them. I lit one up tonight, it has a little bit of a spicy profile. That faded away shortly and turned into a smooth and sweet smoke. I enjoyed it, I would say it's a med-full bodied cigar.

"Creamy and smooth"
I have a limited exposure to CAO maduros. I tried the Brazilia and did not care for it much. However, I decided to give them another chance. Heard good things about the VR and tried upon a recommendation by a tobacconist. Good looking cigar with nice black/white band on the end to differentiate between other CAO bands which all look about the same. If not for that, I would think I was smoking a Gold Maduro. Odd that. Good construction and good even burn. Liked the smooth and creamy quality of the smoke with some hints of sweetness and chocolate notes. Would rate as a medium-bodied smoke. I would have thought a bit more flavor overall, but cannot complain. I was pleasantly surprised and may try again.
