"Distinctive Taste of Italia"
Sometimes the cigars this size don't taste anything like the rest of the line. The Picollos are really a little taste of the CAO Italia Line. This taste is very distinctive and no doubt some will not like it. Personally, I thought it was good change of pace. Along with the Fonesca Habana Seleccion Cadetes they are the best I've had of the nonmaduro little cigars this size. Draw was excellent as was the burn. With nice white ash holding on for long time. Also a great example of eye candy in appearance. I mean, afterall it is a CAO.

"very good, different, but not best"
I liked its looks so bought some. Smelled completely different then other cigars I had. Though CAO claims its full, I found it rather mild. Real Italian flavour. Excellent shape, but somewhat difficult draw. Overall very Good and different.

"Get a Ciao!"
Agree with previous poster that the Italia is a go to cigar, and yet I don't think that the Picollos is a standout. Bought a coupla a tins. Pros: it tastes like an Italia, which is distinct from any other stogie I've smoked. Cons: size matters and I don't think this shape shows off the tobacco.

"Good taste, bad draw"
I'm a big fan of the Italia line, to the point of them being my go to cigar when I don't know what else to get. That said, I was disappointed in the Picollos. The flavor seems to be a muted variant of the larger Italias. The draw, however, kills the cigar. It was tight to the point that at time I wasn't even sure it was still going, with hardly any smoke when puffed. I bought these in a tin of 5, hopefully the others are not so tight.
