"Better with age"
I bought 5 of these cigars 3 years ago. Smoked one when I just got them nice but a little harsh. The other 4 have been in my humidor for three years. I recently went to vegas and smoked one in the sportsbook watching S.D. Chargers kick butt like this cigar. Let me tell you spicey but smooooth. Can't wait to age them more for a couple more years. oh ya the construction on the cigar is perfect and burned very evenly.

"ANother try"
I've been working through the samplings of Cuban cigars gifted to me by a friend from Canada. So far, I have not been impressed with the cigars, but I won't tell him that lest he stop providing! This one was just average. All around...average...almost what you would want from an everyday type cigar...ok..but not great. Sorry guys.

"Too Soon"
Was gifted by Rene. Thank you. I must have smoked it too son after getting it, letting it rest only a week in the Elie Bleu. Great construction, beautiful dark wrappers, the longest hanging white ash I have seen 2", great draw. Unlike others though, this was flavorless - none of the usual changing flavor profile I so enjoy in my Siglo IIs and IIIs, nore the rich creaminess of the Robustos. I am going to rate this higher than my experience with it so as not to detract from others who aged them better than I did, and I will pray to lay my hands on another one of these to try again. I had a Trinidad Reyes just to get flavor of something in my mouth after this Cohiba and the deep rich little Reyes blew away the LE, sad to say...

"Started very good"
The first half of the cigar tasted extremely good - strong, but very flavorful. 2nd half became more harsh, but still better than most.

"Best Cohiba"
One of the greatest Cigars I have ever smoked. Most likely one of the smoothest, longest lasting and even burning Cigars I have ever smoked. This Cigar is definently worth all the hype, and probably the only Cohiba worth the hype. If you search around you can find them in the Carribian for about 15 US. Just a tip.

"Best aging cigar"
This was the best cigar I have ever smoked. They had about 1 year of age on them in aging humidor with only the finestof company( Opus X and Anejo). The flavors were unreal and the burn was even all the way through. Coffee, Cedar wood and even a slight nutty taste to these cigars. Awsome!

"It's Really Developed"
These had to rest and settle for a couple of years. They were young. My box has been resting for over 2 year's and have really developed in the gems that they really are. Very dark oily wrapper. The flavors are very complex. Cafe Cubano, bitter chocolate, and toasted coconut. I can't put them down. I have 1/2 a box left and really would want to let them age longer. Will want to get another box, if I can find them. A real nubber.

"Simply the Best"
This quite simply is one of the best cigars I have ever smoked. Full of flavor, beautiful construction...what a Cohiba is meant to be. The quality control with Cuban ciagrs is not what it used to be, but I am about 1/2 way through this box and have yet to find a bad one. Pricey, but you won't be sorry. Good celebratory cigar.

"Still in its cocoon"
Extravagantly rich, with a spellbinding plethora of flavours ranging from well-cured Cuban leaf through herbal to downright spectacularly spicy. The astringency and considerable tannins point to a long ageing road ahead. This cigar needs a good 2 years to even begin settling out and revealing its true nature, and it should easily coast through one or two decades in fine style. The one aspect which struck me the most was the lingering, leathery, chocolatey aftertaste, which was, paradoxically, very muted during the actual smoking session. This bodes well for the future. An extremely hygroscopic blend of tobaccos, as well. Justifiably high price, I suppose.

"Not what I was expecting"
It was really good, but not exactly what I was expecting. The smoke was rich, woody and very creamy. It was highly refined, I smoked it well past the bands before it turned. The finish was very spicy and short. the draw was a bit firm, but the burn was perfect.

"Patience rewarded"
I bought a box of these over a year ago but was hesitant to submit a review since it was obvious they were very "green". I've smoked two of them over the last week, what a difference their time in the humidor made! Great burn and draw, required minor tending at the end. Flavor is full bodied and "meaty", but not overly spicy or peppery. Long finish. Just gets better and better as it burns - never harsh.

This recent addition to the Cuban Cohiba line fills the need for a figurado shaped cigar. The construction is good for a Cuban, the taste strong and rich. Will be better after a little aging.

"the late bloomer"
This Pyramid is an excellent example of one of Cohiba's best qualities; Construction is flawless even though the draw seems firm at first, complexity and taste are hard to describe because they keep developing as you smoke it . It's a hard one to put down.

"Time is on their side..."
Purchased a box over 6 months ago and smoke one as soon as I received it, could not resist due to the beautiful construction. I thought the cigar was very good at that time but I just smoked another one aged 6mos in Dor and WOW!!! what a difference time means to these babies. I cannot wait for another 6mos, they truly will be a classic but are ready now to smoke

A great looking cigar, good construction nice even burn. A straightforeward coffee and caramel taste all the way through, the finish was dissappointing tho. Seems like a lot of money for an average smoking Habano.

"best Cohiba!"
Mine are quite strong, with flavors almost too complex to describe with a spinning head. The first Cohiba that lives up to the hype, (IMHO). Spicy (not peppery), great construction. What will these be like after a year in the 'dor?

"Absolutely gorgeous"
This is a very rich tasting cigar, with medium body, and lacking the tremendous "kick" of a Bolivar or Ramon Allones.
Beautiful, evenly colored brown wrapper, with a splendidly formed cap, and oily sheen. Very even burn, with fairly firm light to medium gray ash. Very even filler color. Firmly constructed with no soft spots.
