"Very Nice"
I was given a few of these last year as a gift and they have been hiding away in my humidor for the last 18 months. I finally decided to put one to the test, in the past I have found Cubans to be slightly overated, I find the best cigars are coming out of Nicaragua. But I have to say I was quite impressed. From start to finish this Piramides was well worth the wait. I couldn't have asked for a smoother draw and more even burn. The taste was mellow and smooth to the nub, never harsh. I wish I had more but after what I was told they cost I can't see smoking them but on a very special occasion. They may be expensive but I would fork out the $30 every once in a while just to enjoy the smoke.

"time has done it justice"
while i think these will continue to get better, they are smoking very nicely now. similar, but also different to the rest of the cohiba line. definately not like any other limited edition. had a nice toasty, sweet taste.

"Cohiba Edicion Limitada 2006 Piramides"
Pretty much agree with the previous review. Don't get to smoke cubans that often so when I do I want something amazing. These just didn't live up to the hype.

"It was Okay"
Nothing great about this cigar glad I only bought one, flavors were ok mostly woody burn was seriously uneven had to touch it up quite a bit. It was sitting in the humidor for a month, I guess it shouldve been there longer based on these reviews. But I would rather smoke a Robusto anyday.

"Time to Wait"
A little harsh. A bit disappointed. If I did not get these from reputable source, I would suspect it was a counterfeit. Top 25 does help out here in that I was able to read other reviews and feel the same. I guess it needs more time in the humidor to size up to a Cuban standard.

"Impressed"
I was on vacation in Mexico about seven months ago and picked up a box of these among other things. I could not resist the urge to smoke one when I got home. I was only slightly impressed. Just pulled one out the other day to give another shot, and MAN! It seemed like a different cigar! Rich yet smooth with great comlexity. After sitting in the humidor for six months, they are among the finest around. Period.

"Near perfect"
I agree that this cigar needs 6 months to a year in the humidor, but out of the box it is an incredible smoke. In 1 to 2 years this may be a 96 to 100.

Spicy to start, then getting slightly sweet and then opulent. I bought one box and gave most away to clients, and I do not give crap away, so I highly recommend this smoke. Match this great smoke with a sweet Cognac.

I bought another box for myself. Almost impossible to buy as the supply appears to have been bought up by other cigar aficionados.

"Going to be a 10??"
They are young. Very Young. I can not truely comment on this cigar. The flavours have not yet come together. This seems to be a very debated smoke, already. They are pricy, but I think any aficiando should have some in their humidor. One of the most balanced and even smokes. Very finessed. This is classy stuff. I think they need to be revisited in 6 months. But based on my first experiance I think, it may very well achieve a 10 for flavour.

"Just perfect"
I just got a couple boxes of these in the other day, and I know that they are still a little young and should rest in the humidor for a while, I just couldn't resist lighting one up. The cigar captures you from the very beginning, great complexity, tons and tons of white smoke, perfect balance of flavors, and nice ash. Considering how good this cigar is right now, I can only imagine what it will be like in 6 months to a year. Get them while you can, another Edicion Limitada classic from Cohiba.
