Cohiba (Cuba) Reserva Seleccion Coronas Especiales

First thing I noticed about the flavor was that it didn't really have the "grassiness" I have come to associate with newer Cohibas. This one had a bit of a citrusy twist to it, almost bordering on black cherry at times. Sweet and medium bodied with a little oomph at the finish. The construction wasn't typically Cohiba, while the draw was nice for a 38 RG cigar, this one tunneled a couple times and needed corrections. All in all. a good smoke.

This is the best example I have had out of the reserva Seleccion box. Everything else has been horribly bland. Tis was actually an OK cigar.

I'm really glad I was able to get this box of cigars. The first two cigars I had from the box had some minor burn/draw issues, I've smoked about ten more since then - they have all been perfect. Once again, a rich and incredibly refined smoke with medium/full body. Generated wonderful mouthfuls of smoke with perfect draw, the construction was just perfect. Paired with some Aventinus and some good steaks, this cigar made for a great afternoon.

AN OVERPRICED AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
