"Disappointing"
The hype of DC was lost on me in this one. Tawny brown smooth wrapper with minimal veins. Yellow cello. Expertly wrapped with solid construction and no soft spots. Easy light. Smooth draw. Thick, voluminous smoke with an uneven burn in the first third that auto-corrected. Flakey white-gray ash. Started with nuts, white pepper, and oak, and then transitioned into a dry paper taste throughout all thirds with notes of cedarwood, mild leather, and a mild malted sweetness. The last third brought a nuance of a floral note. It was noticeably bitter at the end. All in all, this 1 hour 45 minute smoke was one-dimensional and mild-bodied. It never blossomed, and lacked depth, character, and complexity. Given the hype and cost, it was very disappointing.

"Impressive"
This is a wonderful cigar. The appearance and feel are first class. The smoke starts somewhat mild, builds to a distinct and pleasant spice after about one-third, to a medium consistently good flavor to the nub. Other than the high price, this is an amazing cigar.

"Superb, but a little pricey"
I loved everything about this cigar. It is in my top 5 of all time for sure. The only two complaints I could state about this cigar would be the cost and powerfulness. The flavor was amazingly good and enjoyable, but was not "powerful".

"GREAT cigar"
What a great cigar even for the price. It was so smooth and such a good taste, what a shame it's not cheaper.

"Lot's of Hype, no taste"
To start off I'm not impressed with the whole Diamond crown line. I love Maduro's so I tried two of these. I have to say both were the same. Great construction, very nice looking cigar, creamy with some hints of cocoa but too mild for me. I paid 15 bucks for this and it wasn't worth it.

"It's a beauty"
I found this cigar to be well refined and well constructed. It was the same cigar start to finish. It had a creamy smooth flavor with hints of coco and perhaps coffee. It had a short sharp finish.

Solid as most Diamond Crown's are, this guy seemed a bit young.
