"Not a big fan"
It was gifted to me by my father-in-law and for me it was less than average. not awhole lot of flavour. not impressive at all. But a good looking stick with great burn.

"Slow Starter"
Harsh beginning, even burn throughout. Just as I started to feel disappointed about the lackluster flavor this bad boy came to life. At about the halfway point, the earthtoned-goodness enlightened the tastebuds. To the nub this gar was flavorful. The draw was tough and did require some umph. I can't quite say this was a mild gar as advertised. I do not recommend this for a beginner. Not my favorite but a worthy afternoon smoke.

"An everyday smoke"
This is one of my go to sticks for an everyday smoke. The draw is smooth and consistent, good amount of smoke. The flavor is rather woody and earthy. There is a flavor in there I can not really put into words but I really like it. The end of the stick is a bit warmer than the begining but not overbearing.

"A New Favorite!"
Have tried five in a row. All were perfectly consistent; flavorful, and very easy draw.
This may be a new favorite for me, a great regular smoke at a really good price.

"Is this a Casa Blanca?"
This is the first Excaliber I've smoked, but I've had a lot of regular HDM's. The burn was great with a beautiful white ash, but I failed to squeeze any flavor out of it. Very Casa Blanca-ish.

"My Favorite"
I've smoke a few of these and i must say that this is my absolute favorite cigar (thus far). The draw was great, the flavor was great, and the price is nearly unbeatable for this quality!

"Just Average"
Several cigars were smoked and I can only class this as an average smoke. Nice looking, but just a bland taste with a hard draw on several and unravelling on one.

"A great cigar"
This is one of my favorite cigars. It lives up to everything that has been written about it. Great burn and tons of developing flavor. Enjoyable from the first light up until the very end.

This is my all time favorite. Smooth, mild, always consistent. Been trying to beat it for two years and haven't. Not for those who like strong cigars, but perfect for a ninety minute smoke.

Spicy flavor but seems a bit mild compared to its siblings.

Smooth, consistent cigar. Medium-full bodied woody taste.

Probably the best non-Cuban smoke available in the U.S. The only problem is that Monica likes them too.
