La Flor Dominicana 2000 No. 6

This cigar confirmed to me that LFD make some of the better quality medium to full bodied cigars that come out of DR. Construction & burn were great, the flavors reminded me of a diluted chisel but with enough taste to satisfy.

I've smoked a couple of these. Good little cigar. Starts out a bit harsh, but smooths out. Woody with a hint of cocoa. Burn was even, draw was tight, but not too tight. A little hot at the end probably due to size. Recommended for those looking for a fairly strong, flavorfull short smoke.

I smoked this at the recommendation of my local tobacconist, and I was glad I did!. The cigar is wrapped in a cameroon wrapper that is oily and veiny. The light was perfect and the draw was great with lots of smoke. Beautiful long ash that was white. This is quite a full bodied cigar, so it isn't for the faint of heart. The full bodied taste is quite good.
